The lake view munnar Resort

The hotel is super good in terms of aesthetics, the beautiful view from the hotel, the friendly staff, the pool, reception, all are good. The location is also pretty good.

the only problem is the approach road is very steep (our VW Tiago couldn't make it to the top unless everyone had to get down) and no hot water in the early morning around 4:30 till 7:30 as the only source of hot water is Solar Panel.

Very friendly helpful staff, really good, clean rooms, good pressure water. Included breakfast was also very good

Good View from the rooms.They arranged a jeep to explore locally.

Difficult to reach this property as there was no proper road nearby. Difficult to climb upwards to the rooms specially for old aged people, as these rooms were on top of the hill and need to walk all the way up.

Breakfast was good average. I liked the location was very pleasing. Staff was very good and cooperative. Chitra was very helpful and made things very easy for us. We got good hospitality.

Fasle advertising - nolake view - no mini bar- location isn't in Munaar, it's far.

The lake view and pool

My car stuck at entrance gate , as it is not well maintained, room not clean bad smell from bedsheet and some drug wastes in roomI visted this place last year , but that time it was exceptionally good

Location and staff were amazing..

Service for food took very long.. Every order gor food took over an hour... Plus restaurant was slightly understaffed.. I think food timings also should be increased..

Big room / location / clean /staff

We choose this hotel as we were under the impression it had a view of the lake and tea plantations and it had a pool and we wanted to relax. However this wasn’t the case. We had a big pylon beside the hotel and no view from of either. The pool had no pool side furniture to relax on and no shade also the jacuzzi wasn’t working and water was cloudy. It’s meant to be an infinity pool but the water wasn’t running and lots of tiles were missing. So very disappointing. The 3 things we choose this hotel for were not supplied.

Worst double bedroom 8k per night. See the attached photos, full of mold fungus. At first no proper response after some arguments another room was given.No near by food reasturant, they will provide only dinner buffet for ₹550 per head. After traveling long how can we eat food items in buffet literally waste of money.

Stay was very good. All the staffs was very friendly. Food was very tastey and the ambiance is also very nice. Will recommend everyone

Very nice resort with beautiful view. Room is very much specious neat and clean. Well behaved staffs and also very nice food much recommended place for stay

nothing special, we even didn’t got some tissue, when we asked for some they gave us few from an opened package. not worth the money we paid

everything except the location where the resort is located. No tissue, no mat, no enough water and when we ask for some they do refill it and we have to idea from where they are refilling it as it tasted odd. Reception gave us a call and said that we can access the breakfast service but once we reached there they said that we have to pay for it. Then we had to argue about it. Internet stopped working at night, even TV signals were gone. Not at all good for staycation and it’s overpriced.

no fridge in room, small room, no tissues, food was okayish, not worth the money paid, no proper service at all, booked 1 month before but still got okayish room for 6500

Location was ok

They did not give any lake view room which was promised .. we had a horrible experience to an extent that we booked a different place the next day. And shifted there

amenities are limited…each room is different pool is excellent and calmlocation is very good but you can’t expect it was very near to Munnar city and Munnar climatea lot of things can do in and around the hotel you will get the things to enjoy at least one day near the hotelbreakfast is delicious

Extremely friendly staff; really helpful. we had a car breakdown and they helped us by picking us up & also helping us find a mechanic to get the vehicle fixed. the view was magnificent from property & the swimming pool very well maintained.

Good views from the hotel

Swimming pool wasnt maintained/clean, restaurant wasnt open half the time, staff were new and didnt have much clue about any facilities.
