Lots of small cockroaches Toilets with bad smell not very comfortable to use it

Staff were good. The food tasted good.

The place. I expected a bit more better scenery and cold weather. But it was far away from Munnar. Also the painting outside the room, on the walls of the two rooms were peeled off and was not repainted. Food was too expensive. ( Don't know about the price in other resorts)

The breakfast was amazing; the staff did take personal care and were up for our request. We had a splendid breakfast at the hotel. The vibe is quiet which we wanted as we are looking for a cozy vacay. The views are stunning, and monsoon is awesome time to visit

Front view, pool

Not worth the money spent over there. Balcony view at B3 has a good view of jackfruit tree. There is no point of balcony over there. This is the way people get misguided and cheated by resort group and their photos. The toilet has tiny cockroaches which is not acceptable. Other than their front views, pool and garden layout this resort is not recommended.

Location / cleanliness

Swimming Pool Location and the way allowed every one with improper attire is disgusting / restaurantMenu sucks / Bonfire every day with heavy noise is too bad.

Drive to the property is very beautiful in very narrow roads Hotel has Mountain View facing

Property is so far from the central Munnar town 2 hours are gone for traveling every day . Not worth for the money spent even staying too long from Munnar town Not at all family friendly at10.15 pm in midnight started playing music in loud speakers they have distributed kids sleep too noisy need to inform reception 2 times to reduce the volume they are not caring about family travellers with kids.

The location is good, the rooms are spacious and staffs are friendly.

The restaurant service would be better than what it was, they switched off the fan before we left. And the qantity and quality should be better than this for this kind of resort.

I had nice stay with my family.we booked 3rooms and it was neat and tidy .The staff were friendly and helpful.Food also delicious .We recommend to our friends and family about this property.

I loved the property. But this one staff told us they have laundry service available. So we went to the pool thinking we would dry our clothes and go for dinner. But turns out they don’t have the laundry service so we had to stay in our room and order dinner ?

Spacious Rooms & Good Staff at Reception

Restaurant was good, Room Service was poor & location isn't satisfactory considering site seeing

I booked 3 days in this resort through booking .com , resort was in good place and ambience, stunning hill views and narrow streams ,fresh air and relaxed atmosphere, very nice pool and spa ,good complement breakfast, staffs so helping,very large rooms.

A few things that i need to mention are that the roadways are a bit struggling to reach the resort. Swimming pool water was quite cool ,The way to this resort was quite dark,without any street posts or lights.

Pool, food

We booked 2 rooms. 606 and 605. Room 606 was good.Room 605 was a disaster sink taps are wobbly. Shower was overflow. May be they not even noticed the room defects. We are informed the staff when we checkout. Next time we make sure to check all rooms before check in.

Location is peaceful . Mountain view is super neat and clean rooms. All staffs are helping with smile

Consider adding more national / international cuisine options to cater to diverse tastes.2. *Quality:* Some of the dishes, such as the ( prawns , fish, chicken ], were overcooked and lacked flavor. Perhaps revisit your recipes and cooking techniques to enhance the overall dining experience.3. *Room Service:* The room service menu was limited, and the food took a while to arrive. Consider expanding the menu and improving the delivery time.
