The location was fine and the room was clean and the mountain view was awesome. Easy checkin.

Even though we booked via booking.com the hotel management wanted us to pay advance to keep the booking valid, if not they informed us the booking will be cancelled from their end. Anyway I understood it is peak tourist time at Munnar, so I paid the advance. After I checked in, they immediately cancelled my booking from booking.com and mentioned as no show. Reception told as we paid the advance, hence it is taken as a direct booking and not considered via booking.com. I requested and reverted the booking from the reception itself. The staff was not at all considerable for any extra requests, as we were checking out there was a huge argument between a family and reception, but not sure the reason though.To have hot water shower, have to wait for 15-20 mins under cold water, this was at night. it was even worst in the morning and I have to give up having a shower.I dont recommend this stay during peak season.

The location was perfect for exploring Munnar

Dirty sheets, shower didn’t work, promised packed breakfast not delivered leaving us without food day 1, breakfast service not opened on time leaving us without food day 2

Modern and clean room &bathroom

We didn't have hot shower. Hot water was sometimes coming out from the tap, but not from shower.

Building and infrastructure is awesome and well maintained. Staff with good behavior and honest.

1. Bad smell from balcony and we cannot keep it open.2. Low water flow in washroom washbasin, difficult to use even for hardwash3. Washroom faucets are leaking. Need to close the valve all the time to avoid water log4. Bad room service. Ordered a Tea- they asked to come down due to rush in restaurant. When I checked hardly 3 tables are occupied in restaurant and did not find any rush.5. Premises is good, but facility and service is not worth for the price6. A 4 star hotel, still don't have a smart lock. We need to carry both Key and card ( to power on/off)7. Breakfast starts at 8 30AM. Ideal to start by 7 so that we can finish early and spend more time in Munnar.8 No sufficient dishes were available for breakfast. People were waiting for a long time to get their plates filled.9. Not worth for money.10. Wifi not working.

Pathetic cuddle service.Credit card not accepted in this hotel.There is no concept of cleaning the room if you stay for more than a day.

Nicely presented hotel, comfortable rooms of a high standard of decoration.Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.Great location for walking.

Shower didn't work very well, mostly cold water.Clean room light didn't work resulting in room not being cleaned.Noise from guests on balconies and next door's truck stop.Muzak in the corridors which I could hear from my room, the annoying piano ditty in particular drove me crazy.

It was a good stay.. I stayed 2 nights.. it was a pleasant stay.. friendly staffs.. good location near by the town.. only one drawback they should provide complimentry breakfast for each stay... because it's a big hotel... if they do that good for everyone

I asked them for a mattress and they said it was 50, even though I was getting it from other hotels for free

Room was very neat and clean. Also the town was very nearby. They could able to arrange Jeep safari also in the night.

1. My stay was confirmed and I paid at the hotel but later received email stating No Show, which means I didn't stayed.2. Even when the reception person knew that Breakfast is over, they asked us to take buffet and very limited items were available but they tried to charge full amount.

The room was spacious and the location was good too. All the places were easily accessible. The balcony opened in front of a truck parking lot however tea plantations were still visible. The restaurant served good food.

The staff was very rude. We spoke to Mr Thakur and he was extremely unprofessional. We had requested for early check-in and he clearly denied. He even asked us to pay an extra 2000 for early check in. We denied and stepped out of the hotel. No one even cared to stop us or talk to us and even told me that I can write whatever review I want. Half an hour later we were called by them stating we can check in.

Bedsheets weren’t that much clean but once complained staff were very responsive to action it quickly.

The response from the management staff was very good. The room we got initially was not well cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets. However, after drawing attention to the reception, the reaction was immediate. In the end, the stay was good, although the beginnings were difficult. The location suited us very well because the hotel is on the outskirts of the city from where it is a very good starting point for mountain trips. We did not visit the city itself. There were also shops nearby and a quite nice restaurant. Therefore, in the evening, after returning from the trip, we could use these facilities. The hotel restaurant is very flexible. They were very happy to give us an early breakfast even before the official working hours.

as I mentioned the cleanliness of the bathroom and sheets. although I got the impression that the cleaning staff was not reliable. It requires more control by the manager.

The hotel contacted me just a day before and told me that they can't accommodate us and we have to find another accommodation facility. It was very difficult and expensive to book a facility a day before.

We booked the resort and were about to reach in 5 min, we got a call saying that the facility is full and no rooms available. They even canceled the call in between the talk. They dont even have the audacity to inform in advance about the shortage. It was really unacceptable that they showed the availability in booking.com and in actual no room was available. It was very difficult to find another stay in such a short time for us as we have almost reached the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel in future. Very bad and poor communication from the part of hotel administration. Very bad service. They informed some of the guest are overstaying. They shouldn't have allowed as the rooms were already booked. Please check twice even before start of the journey that the booked rooms are still available.

Liked the location

It was expensive, and they provided one blanket for 3 people .

We reach hotel @ 4.00 pm but room not ready , Room tariff little high because of our expectation. otherwise staffs approach very good.

Room Checkin issue

Near center of Munnar. The manager was very responsive to any complain we had.

Not so expensive compared to the hotel prices at Munnar but it is not a good value compared to other hill stations. I would have preferred paying extra to stay in a better place. The photos at the website look far better than what the actual hotel and rooms are.
