The Location and the view from the stay... though every room may not give the view of tea garden... Courteous staff and good food...
No facilities for camp fire...and may be not recommended for large groups..

Overpriced.Lack of facilities.Hot water was not available my 6yr old kid suffered a lot.Lot of noises from staff side not able to take rest after the long drive.

Worst Experience
We went there with family but management told they have not received confirmation of booking and not given rooms...worst experience ...they made me search rooms on busy festival day with family standing on roads
Satisfactory.The behavior of staff was good.The network was poor.Windows have no locking sistem.Hot water facility was only from 6pm to 10pm.Health closet stand not not properly fixed.

Location was good as it was close to main road to Munnar. The staff were really good. They didn't have any soap or towels in the bathroom. And getting the hot water to bath was tedious task as the staff ran the hot water tap for around half an hour to get the hot water from it. They gave us the bathroom mat after I asked them and never provided the TV which was a big missing for kids for two days.

A senior person, supposed to be the owner of the hotel, was behaving very rudely to the management staff, as if he was an emperor of a country. So sad to see that.
Nothing much, just a normal hotel.
Poor service, lazy staff, burnt bedsheets, broken washroom door, too much room freshener, cold tea .....and lots of excuses ? Thankfully they did changed our room after so many complains and going up and down from 4th floor through stairs thrice.
