Green Valley Vista

Causie hotel with spectacular views. The staff is very friendly and they are very helpful in organizing the tours around Munnar and transportation from the airport or to other places. They've even advised against one of the tours we wanted to book because the bumpy road would probably not be pleasant for my pregnant wife. There's also a nice theatre venue, 1 minute away by foot.

From their location you can have great tours, but without transport there is not much to see around.

Near and clean property, looks like a three star hotel, hotel staffs were very friendly with smiling face, entire hospitality was good, breakfast also good. I am surely recommend for family and friends. I see many foreigners also preparing this place.

Breakfast we expect much more menu but they have given only three items, apart from that all other facilities and hospitality was good.

Room was good

I had requested for an extra bed while booking for 5 people we were provided bed for only 4 and 1 guy had to sleep on floor mattress. I was not informed that the extra bed was not arranged and was given to others who checked in before us. Should maintain a standard where the requested beds should be provided based on the booking not by who checks in first. Other than this everything else was good.

Breakfast was included as mentioned during booking. It was complimentary. The view was good from the balcony. All our rooms had balconies. The room itself was really nice and neat. We had hot water available in the bathroom. Staff was really friendly as well.

The Wifi is not good. Even sitting outside didnt help. So, you have to be really close to the modem in the hallway otherwise it is tough to get Wifi connectivity.

Feels like to be in 4* hotel but in a dormthe dorm has his own private Rooftop with an hammock and fangreat viewgood restaurantand buffet breakfast Manager and staff were very nice

Cute and nice small hotel with nice and welcoming staff. Also, the rooms are modern, clean and have a beautiful Mountain View.

Amazing view from the balcony

Quite far from the town, but easy to get there by tuktuk. Didn’t try the restaurant but seemed a little quiet

Exceptional view from my room with floor to ceiling windows and balcony with comfortable seating.Tours organised professionally.All the staff were helpful and charming.Buffet breakfast was different each day with both European and Indian food options.

For the size of the property, the descriptions given and the price I paid, there is NOTHING they could the criticised for.

One has a stunning view from the accommodation. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing. In addition,one can easily book tours in the accommodation. It is a bit of a distance to the town centre. However,there are regular local buses one can take.

The view from the balcony was great! The facility itself is nice and the staff are super helpful. They helped us organize tours, taxis and helped with laundry.

The only thing we did not love is that it was about 20min drive from Munnar, which meant there weren't too many options for restaurants (but still enough by tuktuk/walking)

The rooms were clean, spacious and granted a great view.

I did not find the staff warm and welcoming. They did not misbehave but the reception and overall treatment of guests were very cold. We were unhappy about the food, they had very few generic items on the menu and that too, was served with absolute disinterest. The place doesn’t serve lunch so we asked the manager which way to go for food and he barely gesticulated that we could either go left or right. As there aren’t many options outside the hotel, we felt it would have been an advantage if lunch was served at the property.

1. Manoj was very friendly and approachable about all problems and also had plenty of tour options that he could arrange. He even arranged a cab for us for transfer to Alleppey.2. Helpful staff3. Stunning views4. Good breakfast and dinner at very reasonable price.

There was nothing we didn’t like.Only thing the owners might want to consider is the bathrooms could maybe do with a bit of uplift/refurb.

this hotel is amazing: from the bedrooms to the food to the kindness of all the people working there! i highly recommend this place if you stay in munnar! there are plenty of activities you can do and the manager will help you in every possible way. i hope i can go back sooner or later! Great views from the room, comfortable bed, helpful staff..

On our first night, we ended up walking to another restaurant for dinner as the on-site restaurant couldn’t accommodate us. It was too small for the number of guests.Whilst the rooms (and we had 2) were comfortable and clean, they were basic. For the price we paid, we would have expected more.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. The location is also super nice with a view of the mountains.

The view from the balcony over the valley was stunning. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Manor was very helpful and arranged some interesting trips for us.

There was no wall or curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so the floor became very wet and slippery.

The room was comfortable and had a great view from the balcony on the beautiful nature of mannar. The staff was very friendly and they offered a variety of great tours which we really enjoyed (half day hike and visit to tea plantation/factory) and helped with arranging transport. Food in the restaurant was good.

The building itself is a little outdated and the rooms could get a tough up. However, facilities were good.

Manoj went out of his way to make our stay perfect. He even got a birthday cake for me! It’s a beautiful home stay with spotless modern rooms, incredible views and with an awesome and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
