Perfectly located, very clean property, nicely maintained and courteous staff.

Nothing to dislike.

The view is magnificent. The staff was polite.

They neglect to tell you a standard room doesn’t come with a smart television. Had I known I would not have chosen that room. So no Netflix and chill was available for me.

Atmosphere and cleanliness, comfortable all ok

Kitchen is opening after 8 only and closing at 9.30. buffet breakfast option is very minimal. No in room tea/coffee maker available so u have to wait till chef arrival or need to walk 2.5kms to get tea/ coffee or anything. Dinner order also need to give in advance like around 7.

Good staff

1. Kettle has to be shared with a neighbor.2. Location without any restaurants nearby. You have to come prepared with food. Restaurant timings are fixed for bfast lunch and dinner.3. Wifi is very weak. Kept dropping frequently.4. No tv subscriptions.. You can only .watch after casting mob8le on to the TV.5. Resort on a steep slope.. not suitable for persons with leg issues.6. Road to the property was very bad due to rain.

The place in in the low lying side. Hence could not enjoy the climate of munnar. Breakfast was bad. Food was unbearable.

A nice place to stay just outside of Munnar. The staff, in particular Raj and Prakesh, were very friendly and helpful with enquiries. Good swimming pool and tasty food, cooked by the hotel's chef. Would be happy to stay again in the future.

1.the road to this resort is very bad.2.only 3 to 4 cars can be parked at the maximum3.from the gate to the room the pathway is very steep and there is risk for elders and small kids4.chef is extremely rude5.tata sky is disconnected and not rechared.customer should add his own netflix ac,prime ac and youtube ac in the tv6.there is no intercom and each time i need to call the manager7.hot water was a issue and everytime i was required to call the room boy to fix.we used to get water after 30 minutes8.vehicle was damaged by the bad road to this and the neighbouring road were good9.almost 80 percent of breakfast was repetative and if there are less than 15 persons there is no buffet .10.The bedsheet was torn11.the balcony is shared with the neighbour room and even the kitchen is shared.thank god only the bedroom and bathroom is not shared with the neighbour room.12.i stayed for 3 days and paid rs 15000/ .this is extremely not value for money.13.every time i came out of the room to my vehicle to go out there was extreme pressure on your knees and only if you stay in this you will understand what i am referring to .14.there is no privacy for small families as the neighbour flat keep on shouting and partying till late in the night.15.pool timings need to be from 6 am.16.my daughter was not well and when i ordered a vegetable fry they told me they cannot supply me the food as they had a group booking and they could only provide the food after 9.30 in the night .17.they have only 1 chef .after thugging and charging us rs 15000 they could not even provide a basic vegetable fry .18.they had promised to give food to my unwell daughter and after our driver had left us for the day we waited upto 9.30 in the night for the food and till the end they could not provide basic food to my unwell daughter.19.list of things you need before going to this resort/hotel.a.insurance for your parents and kids as the approach is very steepb.insurance for your vehicle

Beautiful rooms and stunning view

Wonderful view, big rooms with terrace, nice pool, good food, friendly competent staff and all very clean

All good, nice pool, lots of stairs, which is not suitable for everyone. The staff was very nice.

We had a room under the pool and the stairs up to it were very dirty.

Great view of the hills. Good design of the rooms with balcony. Good size rooms. Very good pool, well maintained.

Approach road to the property is rough with full of potholes and run down. The location is wrong side of major Munnar attractions.

We have stayed at A villa, and the breakfast was down to the pool, it’s a very heavy slope to climb to come out of the resort.

View, Room design, cleanliness

Food was not good, They have shown Bonfire as an available option in the room but told us that they cannot do it.

Everything good. Food rate too high, at the same time quality no good(Paid food).Morning breakfast is good.Per day /per room only 2 water bottle free is no good.

Spaces the room and both rooms combine bolcany is good.

Lovely position looking over the valley. Fantastic swimming pool open all day and dinner right by it. We ordered dinner on what’s app and it was served by the pool or in our room. Staff all friendly and great atmosphere. Great buffet breakfast great value.

The ambience of the resort, cleanliness, staff responsiveness and helpful nature were welcoming. Food quality and quantity was great. Great value for money.

The last stretch of the road to access the resort is not great.

Amazing views from the balcony and pool, very relaxing atmosphere, close to lots of amenities. Butter chicken is a must try.

Hill climb from the pool to the room, but well worth it for the amazing view

Clean room, fantastic view, lovely pool, super helpful staff, reasonably priced food.

This is on a big hill, with a lot of steps, fine for us but others may struggle.
