The property was not upto the mark of what we paid. There is not even name board to identify this place.

Entire property is not value for money except the food, which the staff is able to prepare based on the request.

Scenary and food is excellent. Service of the staff is good

The road has lots of big pits.

Only the location is good. Breakfast was ok.

The property is not well maintained. Bed and bathroom was unhygienic and foul smell. One of the bathroom was clogged and couldn’t use it properly.

Overall it was good.friendly staff and the place was clean

There were no privacy.we could hear sound from kitchen,people speaking and sound of people walking around

Personalized service. Excellent food by Amal. I forgot his assistant name ( i think its Satheesh) he was amazing. He was taking special care to our requests and i can see that he is doing the same for other guests as well. Small Boutique property but i liked the overall experience. Would love to stay for more nights next time.

Amazing ,its kind of boutique resort, me and my family had a great stay with exemplary homely food , its location is amazing and there is beautiful vilage puthur nearby, last but not the least Manager cum Chef Amal and Satish made us feel so comfortable and worth cherishing

Helpful staff and Amal prepared a very good lunch in a short time. However when it came to facility it was not worth the money spent

Linen was not clean and under the pretext of being close to nature the rooms lacked basic comfort

Pretty much nothing to do , poorly maintained rooms. 5out of 10lights weren’t working. Toilets are not clean. .. the views aren’t as shown in the pictures ..

The Location is incredible, Surrounded by Nature & beautiful landscape. The Mud houses are so well designed. The staff Mr. Satheesh was very friendly & Satheesh cater to our needs very well. I really recommend this Deshaden Mud house Eco valley Resort

The staff, especially Amal, were extremely accommodating. Amal’s cooking was exceptional, and very generous. Barbecued food at the table side was a delicious treat.The room was spacious and comfortable with good views across the valley. Amal was able to organise tours and trekking locally which we both enjoyed. The staff worked as a close knit and conscientious team. We loved our stay.

Could do with more comfortable seating on the balcony. A tiny detail.

The food was good . They can make it better especially the breakfast. Staff was responsive to our needs .

The room lacks heating and during December & January months, the room and the bed gets cold and damp. The toilet doesn't have hot water which is expected from a premium property. The property is really small and so there is very little space within the property. I felt that the taxi charges to take the tourists to nearby attractions are exorbitant (this has nothing to do with the property)

There was no heating facility in the room. There was no hot water in the wash basin in the bathroom.

Nice view, amazing food, excellent chef, we didn’t have warm water first, they fixed the problem right away though. A great jeep safari was organized right away

It is a bit cold up in the hills, would be nice if there was a heating available

Amal and his staff took great care of us.right from upgrading to food to showing us around to just about everything.

We stayed on the property for 3 days. The stay was awesome the property is located in a remote location with an excellent view and a beautiful garden.It is easy to access, roads are in good condition. Rooms:We stayed in the Superior Mountain View room, the room was neat and spacious with 3 beds, writing table, self , kettle, and toiletries .( same as mentioned and shown in pictures). SMART TV with excellent WIFI connectivity (with uninterrupted streaming ). Which is great. The view from the Private Balcony was great ( you will get the same view as shown in the pictures). Food :The food was delicious, especially BBQ Chicken and BBQ Fish was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was good (bread, dosa, idle, egg, cereals, fresh juice, etc..). We need to book dinner in the evening itself. There is little delay in preparing food since they prepare everything fresh, it's quite understandable and worth the wait (for the taste).Staff: Very friendly staff always with a smile. Big hats off to them for making our stay memorable. (unfortunately, I forget their names ) Activities :On request, they will arrange a Jeep (we can't use our own vehicle for sightseeing in Kanthalloor, Marayoor because of the terrain 4x4 vehicle is a must) for local sightseeing, a private waterfall visit, and a night safari (of course at extra cost, but the pricing is decent comparing to others ).Best time to Visit: August to February for the best experience, we visited in the month of October the weather was at its best it was drizzling, chill, and misty. Tip: The superior mountain view is quite better than the one-bedroom villa (which costs more), it comes with a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. More privacy than a One-bedroom villa.

The style of the property and the climate. The staff is good and friendly . It is too far from the town.

The food. The room is made in ancient style. But, it may be unsafe for kids. The furnitures are haing sharp edges.

break fast was just ok. may be they have done better. no tea or coffee. they have very minimalistic staffing, that's the reason for all these

room was not clean, cats were sleeping in the balcony. we have to wait for 45 minutes to get our room. it works on generator - frequent power off
