The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of high quality options. The location and views are also very good.

Even though, sadly, we were there for one night only, I highly recommend the place. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, good food - I hope to come back.

The place is very nice, immersed in nature. The staff is also very kind and our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The only thing that I would suggest the management is to change the hairdryer. It made more noise than drying.

After a long windy drive, their warm greeting, snacks and the cardamom leis was a nice touch. Food was plentiful and above average for taste. The dining staff tried their best to make us happy seeing one of us was foreign and the other a local. Room was comfortable and nicely ventilated which is hard to find in India.

The fire dance in the enclosed rooftop space. Air pollution is already a huge problem in India and smelling burnt fire indoor was difficult.

They have exceptional staff. In fact I forget my phone in the taxi and they did everything to get the phone back Thanks lot to all of them

Food was average. Puris a bit on the greasy side. Paaathas were crispy like papad. Complimentary entertainment was ok, could be improved. Slightly disorganized seating for cooking classPaying for booking worked after several tries; it seems the hotel tries to make you pay by direct transfer in order for the hotel to avoid credit card charges.

Everything was on point, the stunning view , amazing rooms , helpful staff and great facilities. Highly recommended. For sure will come again

The hotel was truly amazing, and I stayed for two days. I especially loved the range of activities offered within the property. Although I had initially planned to explore other places, the in-house activities were more than enough to fill our days with enjoyment, such as live cooking sessions and chocolate molding.There was also a sari dress experience, though unfortunately, the timing was not well coordinated. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed the one-hour nature walk and the interactive live cooking lessons.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every aspect, and they even provided us with a list of recommended places to visit in Munnar, which was very thoughtful. Suitable for couples' honeymoon, friends, & Family vacations.

This is the first time I’ve written a review before even checking out, which says a lot about how much I’ve enjoyed my stay at Blanket Hotel and Spa.I came here with my wife and my mother to relax, and everything from the cool, refreshing weather, to the breathtaking cafe and rooms view, and delicious food has exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, the staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable and memorable.A special mention goes to their honesty — I had forgotten some cash in my laundry, and the staff returned it to me without hesitation, which I deeply appreciated.

We also tried the Ayurvedic treatment at the hotel. While this was my first time experiencing it, and I understand it’s quite different from Thai massage, I found it didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of the overall effect. That said, the spa area was spotlessly clean, and the therapists were very friendly and professional.

breakfast was tasty and mouthwatering. serving was too good. permitted us to take the breakfast of our grand children to our rooms. that was excellent move as they make noices in the dining area. pineapple yogurt i liked very much

Great location, even more in rainy times. Great scene of nature to explore. The rooms are comfortable, the water pressure is good and water is warm. The bed is excellent.Breakfast is good and fresh dishes can be ordered at demand.

The dinner is horrible. The staff forgets all non-buffet participants. We waited for over 2 hrs for our dinner. At least payment afterwards was quick, as they wanted to close the kitchen. Take the chance and eat dinner outside.

After dreaming of this trip for so long, my husband and I finally made it to the breathtaking hills of Munnar—and our stay at Blanket Hotel & Spa made it all the more special. The hotel was spotless, the atmosphere serene, and the views truly unforgettable.Surrounded by peaceful nature and crisp mountain air, the whole experience felt like a perfect retreat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff—especially the hotel manager and the chef—were incredibly warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made us feel truly cared for.Beautifully situated and thoughtfully run, this was the perfect escape we had hoped for.

This is the second review as we stayed an extra night as so enjoyable and we think the place deserved it.The view was magnificent down the valley to the tea plantations, the hotel was immaculate with excellent service and a varied menu of Indian and Western foods. The pool gave great views also in an idyllic setting.You need a car or a driver to stay in the hotel as it is a little off the track.

Maybe serve alcohol at the bar, but you can buy beer and spirits in Munnar town if you feel the need

Kitchen staff where amazing and tentative. Food was fresh and a good mix of Indian and Western.Reception staff were also very helpful. Location is beautiful.

Uber NOT allowed in the area so all taxi & tut tut cost double.Room cost was by far the highest I paid during my 3 week stay in India and I think the room rate is probably cheaper on other Indian websites.

The hotel is well located with a lovely view and I am sure the waterfall is amazing when the water is running. The staff were all outstanding and we enjoyed the extra activites at the hotel

We did have a problem with noise for our first night as one room is located next to an office and the kitchen. The hotel staff immediately arranged another room - which was lovely and quiet.

Loved everything. Wish we had more time to enjoy hotel hospitality. Stayed 2 nights. Complimentary afternoon refreshments, sari and dhoti styling, chocolate moulding, to name a few. The staff were delightful, the room was very comfortable, the chef made sure you enjoyed the food and would encourage you to try new dishes. Fantastic. Stunning views from every window. Lovely waterfall is right at the front door.

We had no complaints or dislikes.
