Superb room with a balcony overlooking the Bazaar and a background of mountains. spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean and toiletries were supplied, but no toilet paper. Excellent location just up from the town bus station, where all buses call in. They arrange various private tours. I did a Tuk tuk tour to the top station, which had 10 fixed stops on it. And the driver was fantastic and delivered exactly what I expected, and nothing was rushed.

What drew me here was the excellent scores for the WiFi, but the WiFi barely worked at all, kept disconnecting and did not self connect. Don't expect to get anything done except for a few emails. Needs urgent improvements.

Very central location to town! We enjoyed the very short walk to all food and the market. Our room was very large and bathroom was well equipped. The reception desk is on the street level from the south side of the hotel. (Level 3 from the north side)

The windows let in a lot of street noise. Would be an issue if you were a light sleeper or early to bed. Didn't bother us!

They have no restaurant. And the family room has no balcony.

Not worth the money

It's too overpriced..they charged us around 2k for a double bed room.TV was not working.I felt like the ventilation was also a problem as we got a room 2 floors below the reception.

Rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean.

No providing even a single tea.

Two beds, which was useful for a family, hot water and the room boy service was good

Soap and shampoo were not provided(except 2 soaps for a family of four) these amenities which would have cost about 50 rupees only, but was not provided. Intercom facility was not there to connect with the front desk

All the rooms were very compact. There was issue with hot water.Water was also not available for shower.

View from the hotel, near to market and restaurants. You will feel local and not staying somewhere strange.

It's located at the city center. The wine shop is within 200 meters.Rooms are good.Hot water for both drinking and bathing is available.Smoking and drinking allowed.Some rooms has balcony facing the city(we liked it)They arranges food from nearby restaurant on demand.Parking space is provided.Very friendly staff.

You cannot dislike anything at the price they offer the rooms. The only thing one may dislike is that it is at the city center and hence you don't get the beautiful view of munnar and instead get city view.

24 hours getting hot water that i like it.

You need to provide breakfast also..and you need to add some more TV (Malayalam)channels also.

The location of the hotel is at the centre of Munnar town. There are some good restaurants nearby.

There is not enough parking facility at the hotel. Only a small area in front of the hotel is available for parking, we had to park one of our cars on the road side. The road infront will become crowded with traffic in the evening making it really difficult to take your car out. The rooms were okay, but not as good as it looks in the pics.
