Parakkat Nature Resort

1.Very bad experience with them. I reserved two rooms but they provided one room and charged two rooms money ( front desk said , we allocated executive suite) . Reality i was cheated . 2. For Spa , they asked cash payment . If i pay cash no tax else tax

3. Tax Payment - they asked cash again . If i pay cash no tax Very very bad experience . Do not go there. Completely cheating

It has great views. Staff offered excellent service.

Breakfast was really good, outside sceneries by the parakkat was good. Staffs are very good…. Especially reception n service staffs

Amenities inside the rooms are not upto the mark as per 5 star. Clothes are not clean like - blanket , bedsheets etc. No update about the pool temperature. Rooms were stinking.

House keeping need serious improvement We end up in getting rooms looking not properly cleaned including linen and had to get them replaced at night !

The view and location is good. The property is big and has good amount of activities. The gardens and plants are really nice. Lots of nature around you.

The pool is dirty, cold. There were baby diapers floating in the pool when we stayed so we didn’t enter the pool. We booked this property for a tea gardens infinity pool experience but ended up not using it at all. The worst part was no facilities for drivers. I felt very bad for our driver.

Resturant had excellent foods

Facility needs to be updated.Rooms and bed are not comfortable

Parakkat resort is not a hotel rather it's an experience to remember. Staff were friendly and genuinely helping, service was exceptional, facilities were 100% customer oriented. The property is huge and diverse, there are 8 floors and each one is an adventure in itself. A must visit and stay property if you are visiting Munnar.

Location and views

Food was not at all tasty, good and warm.We still had time to order dinner in the restaurant but since they had buffet service, they refused and we were ask to choose dishes from buffet and counted at A la carte rates but were never given the menu card. The staff too is very unprofessional.

Ambience is amazing. Friendly staff , easy accessibility to activities, delicious food especially breakfast.

Power supply sometimes get interrupted, it’s embarrassing if you are in lift!

Everything about our stay in Parakkat was lovely. Staff Tina was exceptional and she ensured our stay was super comfortable. The ambience of the place is fantastic,the location is superb,rooms super spacious and staff were polite and friendly.

I liked everything about our stay at Parakkat.

The Staffs were very friendly especially the Front Desk staffs, restaurant staffs and the Drivers as well.

Nothing much except the AC in my room was not working properly.

Terrible decor, furniture old broken and stained, under-staffed (room service not available around meal times), greatly overpriced for value.

View from the hotel was outstanding.

We had an early start one morning and asked for a packed breakfast. The staff never came back to us to confirm if we could have this. There was no information given to us about the activities included in our stay until it was too late for us to enjoy them. Even though there is a restaurant menu, non of the food was available anytime we went to eat. On one occasion they offered tea and snacks only and on 2 occasions they only offered a full buffet option, which didn't include the meals we would have preferred.

The food was amazing and spa as well. Activities are recommendable one. Thank you for the warm welcome and support.Staffs are so polite. Restaurant team is amazing except the order taking team. The view from the restaurant is so beautiful.Thank you.

The bed was too old and not much comfort.

One of the best places to Stay. Very good atmosphere and the views around are spectacular, more over the staffs are really friendly , other activities like rope cycling , jeep trekking, rain dance and especially camp fire was really good . I would recommend to visit ..
