Bracknell Forest Munnar

Comfortable rooms, very clean, and good vibe. Food was good too. Great view from the balcony.

The staff could be a bit more professional in terms of simple requests, but overall they were very kind.

Good staffs and good service. Property was neat and clean

Other activities like camp fire, nature walk could have been included

The location is fantastic, offering a refreshing ambiance. The atmosphere was Calm and peaceful. The smell of Cardamom will infuse you in morning. Service was great. The room balcony has a great view. Food at the restaurant is great, especially continental..Thanks to all to make our stay memorable

We stayed here for the last two nights. The room was courteous and fantastic view. The food is very good and so yummy. Staff are doing a good job. Reception staff and service staff are very helpful. . .A great experience as always..Bracknell Forest has been a great holiday destination for us and very close to our hearts..Right from check-in to check-out, we enjoyed the time as if we were in our home..They take great care of every guest and pay attention to every guest . ..My kids enjoyed the activities and games. Rooms were neat and clean and whenever we call the room…  Thanks, team. We strongly recommend this to all my family members

Amazing experience on top of Munnar's beauty. Excellent location. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff is so well mannered and humble. Went along with my 2.5-year-old kid. Teams helped us in all ways .. even preparing jeera rice and grinding as what we required to feed the baby...... Breakfast - the variety of dosa, idly, vada, chutney, bread omelet, fruit salad, tea, coffee, eggs as we required, aloo paratha, upma, etc. All taste good. Room - neat, good,Housekeeping - as and when required.Location - 8 km from town.Overall we had a pleasant and safe journey.

Location

Behavior of the staff , especially the receptionist Very unhygienic , absolutely not worth for the money

Location is amazing sooo beautiful

Very very worst rude staff I never had experience with any resort. I left next day i have not used all 3nights they talk me like a roadside rowdy ... Please don't encourage these kind of bloody resorts. We paid 63000 plus but it's not at all worth for single penny you should have understand why we pay these much amount but left in the next day. If it is day we leave the same time because of bad light we left next day. Worst experience ever

One of the best properties I've stayed so far. The location was amidst Cardamom estate. The view from the room was amazing. The food was also great! Would definitely recommend the resort.

The property was peaceful, the staff were great and helpful.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Every evening extremely loud music at the facility and not the sound of nature that I expected.

Except balcony nothing was satisfying.
