Really like location,staff and activities Physical appearance is very different from the picture it’s looks like normal room and jacuzzi is small and water leaking from the side of jacuzzi also table ,wardrobe are very old ,it’s not worTHS for 17000 INR

Rooms are a bit older, quite far from Munnar

It was a very nice experience.The staff were very polite and cooperative . The restaurant serves delicious food.Indoor activities were also good.overall we had a pleasant experience at this resort.

We were asked to give credit card details while booking and we did it successfully. So we asked the reception of payment is received the lady was laughing like mocking

Its a wonderful property in Munnar. The resort is wide in the green, spanned across a lot of acres and has wonderful staffs. The checkin was smooth and they explained everything in details. SInce the resort is big and on a valley, there are buggy service for the guests whenever they needed it. There is special area for the kids to play and have a good time during their stay. There is enough greenaries around. Overall stay was good.

The rooms could have been bit more cleaner. Not that they were dirty but better cleaning is possible.

Nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and supportive. They immediately attend and resolve for the complaints.

B/F was ordinary. Service is not that good. More hygiene could have been maintained. The property landscape was excellent but very far off from city center.

Room furnishings could have been better.

ResortPretty, located in a dreamy location, setup is very nice as well. You get beautiful views from outside of your room. It has a lake, clean swimming pool, well done Spa area.The place needs a bit of touch up of paint, there are places which look neglected but overall is a good resort in a beautiful setting. Resort was fully booked. Check in and check out was hassle free. It felt a bit odd when they asked us to surrender our room keys for cleaning but it was not an issue.RoomsSpacious with good amenities. We constantly had to request toiletries, tea and coffee sachets. We would expect them to provide a reasonable amount of stuff and not expect guests to constantly request these small things. Having said that they did send what we asked for, at no extra cost. The TV in the room had no active subscription which again they provided when requested. Don’t know why they expect guests to request these basic things- doesn’t give a premium feeling even though one pays a premium to stay.StaffRoom service was poor, staff appeared disinterested, were constantly on there mobile phones. Had to send them back and forth three or four times for one request.Restaurant staff were friendly, quick and served with a smile.Food Breakfast was routine, they make fresh dosas and omelettes which were nice but overall nothing special- this was included in room price.We ate dinner and felt food was ok and reasonably priced but nothing like wowSummaryOverall premium price for a premium location but unfortunately not a premium experience

Stay and room was good and nice.

Please don't opt for pool villa its not value for money. There is no option for heating the pool, its freezing cold and unable to take a bath.

The view around the resort

Premium Suites are very old rooms and missing the standards expected for that price range. Room size is great but missing some elements i would say..

The view from our room was really nice.

I think the food options were just okay and not that great specially dinner. Service seemed a little slow. If the food was improved this is the best place to stay in munnar.

The facilities, hospitality shown by the staff and the maintenance was excellent.

The cost of dinner was expensive.

The food and staff were good. But the location is not that great. The road towards the resort is bumpy and not maintained well. The buggy they are using inside the property looks dangerous.

Accessible by car. The property was spacious and well maintained. Food was decent.

Approach road is in bad condition.
