Wonderful place to stay with family. Location is good with access to shops and is right on the Chinnakanal road and with a good view to lake and mountain. Breakfast is good and staff are very courteous. The owner is very helpful and looks for all means to make our stay a memorable one. You can visit Kollukumalai and few good view points nearby. Anaiirangal dam is a nice place to hang out with kids and family. Overall a great stay, thanks Team Lakzone!

The focus lights towards the hotel are obstructing the views and it would be good if they are dimmed or avoided.

Breakfast was good. Staff was polite.

The room was very noisy. You can hear the traffic passing-by very loud, people in the rooms next to you and floor below you. Room claimed lake view, but there was no view from the room. You could see the lake only if you stand at the entrance of the room.

Amazing hospitality. Staffs are incredible.Parking space available.Less crowded peaceful area.Very close to Kolukkumalai jeep safari point. They can arrange jeeps too if we want. They will come and pickup from the resort itself.Food is decent, complimentary breakfast is good.Rooms are neat and clean. The view from balcony is nice.

Wonderful view and great service. Location is a little off the main tourist locations yet close to the mountains and the sea plantation. The hotel team was very flexible and accommodating, rooms were clean and organized.

Bad

Staff, behaviour, room, bathroom, bed, blanket, smell these are not at all only things to dislike. Bathroom has no washbasin to wash hands and in size its like a bike parking place only. In amenities they provide nothing - no soap, no brush, no towel instead receiving the reply of booking deluxe room somewhere from next time. Don't go to this place it will ruin your trip.

Hotel is three storied with a makeshift 3rd floor.But No lift is provided. The prevailing room tariff for a Non AC room with no lift is simply exorbitant..

The owner went over and above to adjust our late night check in and food arrangement. He and both of his sons took very good care of us. The hotel location is on a lakeside but the view is partially blocked by trees. Cleanliness was good. The size of the rooms are just about right to accommodate an extra bed. Balconies are provided for each room to enjoy fresh air. Parking space available for vans. Overall a great stay.

No lift. The way to reach the hotel is a little cramped.

The location was beautiful. The lake was visible from the balcony. The room though a little small is cute and comfy. The sitout on the floor has a serene feeling.

If anything, the roads to the property. I think the roads have been damaged due to the recent rain

The staff were friendly and the whole atmosphere was homely. The stay was just like a home away from home which enhanced the entire holiday experience. This is the best place according to me. Food was excellent. Hygiene was top class. Ambience was perfect. This place was truly value for money. It was really a lovely experience staying for six days. A memorable and unforgettable time.
