Location is stunning and very unique - great views of all the wildlife.

Rooms were extremely basic. Photos were deceptive and staff were quite difficult to communicate with. They contacted us multiple times over WhatsApp about payment as they struggled to receive our international transaction. We should have looked into this as it’s the only place in India which has this issue - sign of an outdated system and neglected property. Rooms were not very clean and I’d be worried of staying here if you have high expectations. It was more like camping/a poorly maintained youth hostel. However the views were beautiful and if you’re looking for something unique, it delivers!

Exceptional stay experience with natural retreat in the tree house, in our stay we experienced it as tallest tree house ever...Complimentary honeymoon flower bed arrangement and candle light dinner made our trip .... Really surprised ? and thanks to the staffs made a great effort to make us happy....Great and cheerful Welcome by manager sathya started our thrilling experience....Picked up by jobish with warm hands to our tree house initiated our journey...Restaurant service by Sathish made us to feel homely and taste delicious foods....His well informed behaviour and kindness fulfilled our journey....Heartfelt thanks to all the staffs for their amazing and pleasing service...We feel blessed and happy to stay here....Sure will stay another time....

Very bad room. Bedsheet is all in torn then bed and bedsheet was the worst smell ??

The location and the nature surrounding it was breath taking. Staff is welcoming and the food they served us was very good.

The rooms smelled hideous and had lots of mold. No mosquito nets meant no aeration possible at night (a point already provided in many feedbacks dating long ago, with no action taken). A group of other guests played loud music until late and again early in the morning, which really ruined the "nature retreat" feeling.

The staff was so welcoming and sweet. The property is surrounded by a beautiful spice plantation, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and had an amazing balcony view. The hospitality was exceptional, and it truly became one of my best stay experiences in Kerala.

The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured we felt completely cared for throughout our visit.Ela Ecoland offers a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty, making it an ideal getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

The price of the room is high given the basic facilities they offer and the size of the room. For some reason the bathroom is wet and dripping with the condensation. Something needs to be done at the bridge turning to increase the space as vehicles coming in can get easily stuck or scrape at the pillars.

Absolute rip off and a con, ****stay elsewhere****

When we arrived the treehouse was waterlogged and damp. Standing water in the bathroom, soaked bedding and pillows, water coming through the roof onto the bed. The staff gave my partner some sellotape to try to tape up the roof. They refused to give us a refund for the money they demanded we pay up front. We explained that we didn't even mind that the roof is clearly unsafe and false advertising, our issue was that in the constant harassing for money they never explained that it was waterlogged and damp. This place is charging 2-3x higher than much nicer places in Munnar and they are conmen. The staff on site couldn't do anythi inng, just put us on the phone to head office who were completely rude. Do yourself a favour and don't stay here. They know full well they are running a rip off racket which is why they demand you pay up front.

Location was good.Food was good.

Since I booked the room, they were trying to charge advance amounts. Immediately after booking paid Rs.1000 and before the accommodation, they got all the room rent from us. It felt like we were treated like cheats. May be our looks might not meet their standards. The staff were very lazy and they didn't care about the experience we wanted to enjoy with nature, rafting and all. The raft was in a damaged condition. They didnt even try. It was very cold and no heater was there in tent. It was not actually a Luxuary tent. its like any other room with canvas walls.

Had a wonderful stay , everything was perfect clean rooms friendly staff's we just loved the hospitality will soon visit again' thank you sm ❤️❤️??

The duvet was dirty I took photos if u need i can share with uAlso food too expensive and they need special taxes for each foodThey put double value for all the food if i compare with outside even thow they demanding for extra for taxI never heard about it in India anywhere Totally i can give them 0 out of 10Totally waste

It is in the remote location which is nice to have some me time.

Food there can only be purchased from their restaurant and that is a bit costly.

The location was good if you stay alone but not comfortable for family

You cannot get food on time and also you can't reach restaurant easily. It's placed top of the resort. Approch to resturant way was so dangerous. I confirmed Deluxe room but they gave me some other room. They are not loyal at work. I booked for 2 days but checked out within one day because of mental pressure

Bathroom floods after showering and no shower scraper to remove the water.It gets very damp in the room and condensation on the window. Mosquito nets on the window would be good to get the air circulating

Beautiful property! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant served absolutely amazing food! The staff was very accommodating and helped us book activities. Would love to stay here again!
