- The property has 2 buildings. We go an old property but it was refurbished & the room was clean and nice and breakfast was served daily so wasn't an issue. Location wasn't an issue since it was near to the local market & you could conveniently get taxis/autos. The property has its own big garden so it was pleasant.

They inquired if we needed anything and were extremely quick in supplying our every request.The room was filled with natural light and a there was a pleasant view. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great.The food was delicious.

Big property, standard and 'very European' hotel - it was nice to get calmed down after the long trip and many local homestays. Huge and clean room. Big variety at the breakfast. Decent evening restaurant - a bit empty, so not much atmosphere, but the food was tasty and cooked quick. Centrally located in Munnar - so you can continue your journey in any location. A lot of organized groups of the foreign tourists.
Hotel is right in Munnar with a lovely garden.My room was very spacious, clean, modern, with Tea/coffee/water. Balcony overlooked garden. Bathroom great, toiletries provided.Restaurant on site - great value buffet dinner. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, responsive.

I didn’t like the way a staff opened our room with other rooms key.. we were inside our room while the staff opened the room without knowing it’s occupied and opened the room with a different room key.
Breakfast was good and tasty with right temperature ,even though the options are less at buffet. The location was very near to the town and easy access to all areas
The cleaness of the room could be better as there was full of paint spots in balcony and floor.

The stay was an excellent experience in this resort. Clean and comfortable room and the view from balcony is nice. Yummy food is serving in the restaurant. And the staffs are very polite and friendly.Exceptional ?
