The Panoramic Getaway Hotel

An excellent stay overall. Everything was great: well maintained, comfortable, and inviting. The food and service were both excellent. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, and the rooftop swimming pool is a real highlight.

The only minor downsides were that the shampoo and conditioner could be of better quality, and the internet connection was a bit unreliable at times.Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Restaurant food is very pricy, charges a 7 star hotel price , quality of food was average nothing exceptional

Amazing hotel, the view to die for, infinity pool, food is very nice in the Generator restaurant especially, staff is very attentive. We were staying at the executive suite and loved every part of the visit.

Some facilities require maintenance, but no major problems. We had a broken tap in the bathroom which we reported to the front desk.

The rooms in the hotel are large and spacious. The amenities are very good too. The balconies of the Double Deluxe rooms have excellent views. Both the restaurants serve excellent food. The staff is very helpful too.

It is 10km from Munnar town but that does not matter much as anyways you will need a car to get around Munnar

Gym was OK and needs attention with extra facilities (towels, water, cleaning wipes, yoga mats). The local restaurant was excellent but the dining room furniture are awful (who designed the tables!!!???!!).Was surprised to learn that they don’t serve any alcoholic beverages in any of the restaurants.

Property was clean

1) Water in the pool - high level of chlorine that you cant open your eye in the water. kids ended up having rashes on the skin the next day.2) Food at Underground cafe was below average though full marks for the presentation.3) Staff would pass by you and wouldn't wish you. Have not been trained on basic courtesy expected to be maintained.4) Towels were torn with threads hanging out5) Phone in the room was not working

Most sight seeing in the area require passing through Munnar and likely driving through heavy traffic

Location is very easy to reach and excellent views from top floor rooms. Excellent roof top swimming pool and other facilities are all available. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean and comfortable. Rooms service are very prompt and happily provided any requests. Staff at reception and restaurant are all very helpful and supportive. Breakfast is very good with variety of food and options.

Upstairs pool is amazing - nice and warm . Lovely clean room and friendly helpful personable staff . Great service .

Was an excellent stay, the staff we're extremely helpful and kind. We had a great time.

The only thing I didn't like was that my room key kept getting deactivated for some reason. The staff was very helpful in fixing it every time but still it was a hassle. Something with their system needs to be checked.

The views were really nice and the two resturants on site were also very good.

The room itself feelds like a 4 star room with very low quality furniture. The bathroom in particular was really badly designed and was small with dim lighting. My wife hated it.

Very comfortable room, staff was exceptional and helped us set up our tours. Both restaurants were very good and managed to adjust spices perfectly for our Canadian palate.

We stayed a family with 3 kids we took a family room with 2 large beds. The room is clean and equipped with 2 pampering showers and a strong and good stream of water, hot water - a very luxurious room. The hotel has 2 excellent pools, one for families and one for adults. The breakfast is rich and varied and very tasty. We also ate several times in the hotel restaurant - excellent service, the dishes are delicious but in my opinion the prices are relatively expensive. The hotel staff is courteous and service-minded. The hotel lobby is well equipped and has plenty of cozy sofas for sitting as well as the hotel balconies. The cleanliness is excellent in the hotel, in the rooms and in all parts of the hotel. There is also a nice little gym. Excellent hotel and very pampering! Highly recommended!

The room is too bright and the curtains are not enough to darken the room properly in the morning.
