Siena Village offers a beautiful environment with well-maintained gardens and stunning views. The location is ideal, especially being so close to the Kolukkumalai Jeep Ride. The staff were helpful and the facilities were clean and well-kept. However, the food was just average. Overall, it’s a peaceful and scenic place to stay
Great location, nice view. Staff members were friendly and accommodating to additional requests as we travelled with kids. Excellent kids play area. Food and services were great.
There could have been more options in the menu for selection of food.

Room furniture, upholstery, kitchen quality, Food spread, breakfast place are equivalent to a 2 or 3 star property and certainly expectations rise when prices are equivalent to a 4 star or 5 star property.

The location of the property is good, well maintained property with spacious rooms. It’s villa type of rooms with living and bed rooms. The staffs are very cooperative and reachable all the times. Breakfast options were good.
In the food menu, could have included local dishes as well. The food prices seem to be bit over priced.
The location and the view . Easy accessibility to all tourist spots in Munnar including kolukkumalai. The visit to their own spice garden and tree house is an added attraction

Jacuzzi wasn’t working
Huge space, far from the noise of Munnar. A lot of greenery, a lot of places to walk around, night time lighting, location, spacious dining and living room, huge Jacuzzi, restaurant food and staff behavior.
The bedroom is very small for the suite and the bed is queen size. It should be a king size bed.

Nothing to complain. A small suggestion - Campfire good, an event manager as DJ would have made the experience much loveable.
The location of the resort and valley view from the resort garden is just amazing. In-house Restaurant was decent but they do serve pretty good breakfast.

The ambience , location and atmosphere gave instant relaxation , food was top notch with very friendly and professional staff. though it was a short stage they made sure we were comfortable atmost. would def comeback
The View from the room is awesome. The size of the room is good. It was good to know that they grow their own vegetables and spices, we really enjoyed the visit to their vegetable farm. The staff is really polite, courteous and helpful.
The cafeteria is really small so it felt congested. The distance from main Munnar town is little more so it increases the travel time a little bit. Otherwise everything was very fine.
Large rooms, great outdoor space for kids to explore and great mountain views. Value for money
