And the hotel manager Dinesh is nice he made everything for us to enjoy the stay. And and finally all the staff were good and excellent.

The stay was comfortable. Food was great, though you have to pay for it. Hospitality also was good.
It wasn’t good for money. As in, it was too expensive for the experience it provided. Also, there wasn’t any exhaust in the washroom which made it unusable once someone else went in there to poop. I would recommend taking some place closer to Munnar for cheaper price.

They didn't provide a room service bill. We had to dispute our rights for this matter. We are guests that enjoy checking out with no prior bills. That was it. So we wish this hotel coukd include the above.
