Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was helpful

No electricity backup available after power cut. Food options were below average. No connectivity. Feels like we were the only people on the property.

The location of the resort was a bit remote, near the Sengulam Dam and some people might prefer it because of the silent nature of the location. Your mornings are almost always greeted by the sweet whistles of the Malabar Whistling Thrush which available in abundance here. The staff was very friendly, also offered us to prepare a Barbeque for us in front of our room which was a really nice gesture.

The check-in process was a but strange as we found no one at the gate of the resort nor in the reception when we reached the property. This could have been better, still, no complaints as it is a great place to spend time in Anachal-Munnar.

Rooms size and arrangement are. well organized . Staff are very supportive . Especially Mr.Biju Care Taker is very helpful and supporting whenever we need anything.Good For family stay During an emergency , they also supported very well. My kid had minor injuiry, in the leg and Mr. Vicky supported very well . Arranged the vehicle and took him to the hospital and did the needful .The food provided in the breakfast is excellent

No thing

I stayed with my family for 2 days and both days breakfast was excellent. Puri, idli and dosa + juice, tea coffee on day 1, chole batura and idly +juice coffee tea for day 2. It was unlimited and the staff were very helpful and good hospitality.

Room and bed size mentioned in app could've been more specific. Deluxe quadruple room was only enough for 2 adults but in the app it was for 3 adults and kid

Location and facility doesn't meet any description in booking .Com site.. dusty, infected with bugs, isolated location , stained sheets, no hot water, no wifi, no restaurant operates other than breakfast..pool closes at 8 PM..no towel supplied until asked at 8 PM.nobody at reception only available on the cell phone. .no in room directory to make calls. But there is a phone in the room...got sick after staying in the room..we all were allergic...asked to make full payment even before we see the room as we checked in.. Just 1 Bengals staff on duty who has no idea about the area or barely speak Languages..spider nets all over the room. Breakfast tasteless..Worst experience over all. We canceled our trip and returned home for treatment.

Worst dinner worst location worst amenities too far from sightseeing places and from munnar as well

1. Rooms are large but stinky cannot able to sleep.2. Not all rooms are provided with AC.3. Basic amenities are also not adequate.4. Worst is location it is too far from Munnar city centre.5. Cost is high as per the room and services.6. At website dine in is available. However there is no food option available. Moreover it is at isolated place where nearby no restaurant is available.Worst ever experience

Waste of money and time

We booked as per pics in Booking.comThe room we got was near a car park with a bush land view. We declined and the staff didn’t even wanted to make an effort. Called Voye homes, terrible experience from them too. Voye is just a marketing company advertising this property. They offered me upgraded rooms with a 4000 extrq. The pool was filthy. We couldn’t use the pool as it was covered just then with chlorine. We booked this property just for the pool.

We liked everything here.. hospitality was exceptionally well throughout our journey, staff were very nice, we loved this location though it was little far from Munnar city. property small but neat and very clean.

we loved the pool though there can me some chairs around it to sit and few balls to play with kids while in water, changing room was smelling badly its all because house keeping guys are not professional, food services were good but standard can be little higher in terms of taste and quality, its probably they are picking food from outside temporarily. Rest everything was very well, nothing negative.

The location

Room 201.Stayed on 07/02/2025 to 08/02/2025.Bathing towels didn't look clean. I had to ask for a new one from staff.Only 1 tea powder sachet left for 3 people in the room. There is no ventilation in the room.There was no hot water in the morning in the shower. The wifi details were not left in the room. I have to chase the staff to get it. Ordered dinner, and it took so long to arrive, almost 1 hour. When I enquired with the staff they said they have to get it from some other kitchen. If that was the case, I could have got the parcel on my way. The bed still has the plastic on it. Very uncomfortable to sleep.

Amazing resort, calm and quiet location with great view.. staff were very helpful, neat and clean rooms with extreme comfort beds. Nice stay in munnar..Overall value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at Ice Mist Pool resort by Voye Homes!.The resort offers an incredible blend of comfort and natural views ,making it a perfect getaway.The staff is friendly and attentive.Overall nice experience and value for money

Amazing location...it's cool & silent location near anachal.Property service & caretaker behaviour was very good. No rushness, calm place to stay with families. Next time I will come with my friends.

Property is good as shown in the pictures.Actual location is remote but good, calm and serene.The beautiful part of the experience in the property was that The staff were compassionate and helping. They arranged everything we asked for. kudos to them and especially Vivek.But i won’t visit Voye managed property ever. Where there is no trust, i don’t like to do business.

Our trip and mood was ruined due to misleading information of the location in booking.com. Location was showing in the center while after booking we got to know that property is 17km away from center. When we reached at the property, there were other customers complaining the same.We asked for refund but Property management didn’t refund the money and we had to stay 1st night there. (We booked for 3 nights)Property management said that incorrect location is fault from booking.com but that cannot be the case. I know another property from Voye homes that also has misleading location in booking.com and this is marketing gimmicks.The ground floor rooms are a bit stinky due to moisture but thats expected as the area receives rainfall most of the time of the year.
