The Break fast was tasty and hygenic , The location is so good with a natural view

No proper Ventilation inside the room, food management needs to be improved. Hot water was not available.

Awesome location, spacious room,

ventilation and cleanliness is not that good, aged people will face issues as there is no lift available. reaching restaurent is like trekking for old people.

"I can't live here with my family." Very bad situation. It's not safe here.

The manager's behavior was very bad. He took the entire amount. It was a situation where I could not stay there. He did not return the funds. He charged a huge amount for one night's stay. I have not received the amount yet.

The rooms are torn down with old walls, furniture and many more.

Needs to get renovated, smells are bad because of peeled paints even the plaster is seen with horrible smell. NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED AND REPAINTED. And the furniture is not clean needed to change them.

Washrooms were not clean. The room stank. No fans in room to reduce the stink. Washroom were stinking

1. They didn’t provide the hot water. , upon multiple asks they agreed to give one bucket.We waited for almost 1 hour and they didn’t give and wasted our one hour .Because of this , we got late for our next visiting spot.2. The wifi was not working at all. This led to serious inconvenience for us . We were in impression that according to the price of the stay it will have facilities , but was very disappointing.

The hotel ,'s location was amazing, it feels awesome.the view was wonderful.you can see sunrise from the window.

Need lift at the hotel. The transportation is also a concern from the hotel.

Hotel is good, having most of the facility. Hotel staffs are also very helpful and arranged everything we requested. traveled during august with my friends and stayed for 2 nights there. Foods are tasty. rooms are clean and big. U will get a spectacular valley view from the window.

1. the hotel is very big and spread across the hills. but no intercom facility to reception. Mobile tower strength is vary low and hotel wifi sucks. So for each request u have to physically go to reception. And during peak seasons, their room service becomes vary slow.2. Also too much strict rules like food is not allowed in the room. u have to eat seating at their dining hall only. Simply they insisted us to eat at their dining hall as they don't have enough plates. After lots of request we able to get the dinner in room but at the time of the kitchen closed. I want say say , it is not a school, it is a hotel. So i can eat inside my room when ever i want.3. Hotel location is totally out side of the munnar town inside a tea estate and jungle. But they dont have proper parking facility for small tempo traveller (12 seater) . Also no proper access to their hotel entrance from main road. Literally u have to climb down / up almost 250 mtr in a steep hilly road to reach the hotel entrance. So dont plan if u have aged people in the group.

Breakfast is nice but the service at dining is bad

There is no hot water available and wifi is also disconnected no.of times and there is no proper wifi signal

The food was not good, there was no phone in the room, the room was dirty and it looked too old

I didn’t like these property it’s a scam hotel. If you want to punish someone, maybe send them to this hotel.

I paid ₹12,477 for 3 nights on Booking.com. But when I reached the hotel, the room was very dirty. The walls had big cracks, water was leaking from the walls and windows, and the door didn’t lock properly.I complained to Booking.com, and the hotel manager came and fought with me for reporting. They gave me another room, but it was also bad.Booking.com said they would change my booking to 1 night and refund the money for the other 2 nights. So I checked out the next morning.But until now (August 4, 2025), I didn’t get my refund. I trusted them, but they didn’t return my money.Don’t use Booking.com if you want a happy trip. If you want to punish someone, maybe send them to this hotel.

Excellent place to stay but tc was not fixed properly And food choice is very less….But trust me good view in middle of forest Lavish room…….

Very Bad Experiencs

Very bad service, Tv was not working rooms were not clean. Not any other facilities. No intercom. Bathroom tap came in my hand, .Food was not cooked properly, no action taken after complaining. Overall very bad experience

Parking is in another level and its difficult to take luggage and walk to hotel hotel is not providing luggage pullers or trolly transporter

We booked 2 valley view rooms. We were allotted different rooms. Later, when we expressed our disagreement, after multiple talks for an hour, they assigned two other rooms in a nearby property.No toothbrush and towels were given in one room, and the room was extremely poorly maintained.

Breakfast was pretty good

Bathroom lights and not working... Room is fully with air fresheners smell very badly and my 3 year old baby was very uncomfortable there ...very bad staff service. The view from my room balcony was not good .. I got a room which is not being occupied for long time and it was not at all good and that atmosphere spoiled our trip.
