No buffet dinner, reason told by the staff is less number of guests (this is the common reason told by all the resorts). Hot water available only after contacting the reception during night and morning (It is with centralised heating system) . Outdoor Garden poverly maintained. Lacking the facilities of the 4 star hotel. You can book resorts with more facilities by spending little more amount.

Amazing location and views nestled away from main crowded munnar area. Fairly easy to access by car. Excellent design, style and amazing views of mountains, forest, lake, tea plantation. Very polite and caring team who looks after us. Sadiq was great.

The roads to the location is still under construction. Wifi range in rooms. Room door unlocking issues from the outside. Power outrage.
