The location is a bit far from the town.

Pleasant stay extend our stay for 3 more days. Front office Ajith was so kind polite and helpful at all the time. Worth for money. Nice mountain view room. I recommend to visit Achus Inn.

I liked the location and the room but we were provided the dirty blanket and bedsheet. We struggled to sleep and we're uncomfortable sleeping.

STAFF ARE GOOD AND ROOMS NEET AND CLEAN. BEAUTIFUL PLACE.

Totally different from pics. not satisfied with the stay. Unhygienic rooms and toilets.. Irresponsive staff.. we stayed over three day.. But no daily cleaning ..

It was not a 4 star ...It was like a lodge only..Not family friendly.No soap, shampoo, towels.Window was not properly closing.Door locks was not proper

There was confusion regarding the room booking. The owner said he canceled the booking from his end, but I got a confirmation from them 2 days back before I started the journey. I shared with him the voice clip of the conversation I had with his manager and waited for half an hour, and got the room. The reason he said was the rate for which I booked the room is very less and as it was season time, they were charging almost double for other customers (Then not sure how the rate didn't change on booking.com.)Anyway, finally he agreed to the same amount and checked in without much hassle.

They rejected our stay and confirmed room was not given to us and on the spot they increased rate saying members are more than 1 even though the room can accomodate 3 persons

I was within 1 km of the tea plantations and the numerous pathways through such and even through the national park to still more plantations. The room was excellent value, clean, cozy, hot water, and excellent WiFi. This was the ideal location for my 8 hour walks through majestic nature far from the maddening crowds.

Not many restaurant choices in the neighborhood.

it was cold in the room, no hot water and staff played loud music in the reception in late evening and early morning.

you got what you pay for.bathroom drain filled with previous gusts hair . smelly rooms and corridor. no kettle for tea. no tea shop near by.

Requested for a business invoice and I didn't get the same as they told they will whatsapp it. I veccated the room yesterday by 11.Am abd still now no response . Almost called more than 5 times for the bill and but not received the bill
