The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the available activities were fun and engaging.

The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition and not suitable for all vehicles. Also, many activities are offered but require extra payment. The food is heavily focused on Indian cuisine without considering international guests or offering more variety.

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast during my stay—it was a nice touch and tasted good. However, the hotel’s location was a bit tricky to find. It’s set back from the main access road and there’s no clear signage, which caused us to miss the turn and had to double back.I had booked three rooms, including one villa-type room. Unfortunately, that villa didn't quite meet expectations compared to the others.

The property was huge with a lot of paid activities. The access road to the property was very poor and needs a real make over. The paid activities like Zip Line, off road bike, zip cycle, shooting, archery was a hit with the children and adults alike. The staff were amazing. A special mention about Sourav, Yogesh and Balan from the restaurant, made sure the food was great. Ravi kumar from housekeeping, ensured that our rooms were top notch clean.

Nice and well maintained property. Room size was adequate and clean. Very courteous staff. BF spread was good. Facilities available within the premises are good. Value for money.

Though the property itself is good and well maintained, the approach road condition is very bad.

Since it was new year time and the hotel was full, the service was pretty slow. :(Lot of monkeys around.

Cleanliness can be a little better. It's a bit old property. We stayed for a week. You need to get to munnar city which is 20 kms away for shopping/ medicines and food options.

The property is great. Location, facility and outdoors were good. Staff were good.

Property is quite old and found maintenance and cleanliness is not upto the industry standard. Breakfast buffet with limited option for international travelers.

Even though the property is far away from the town center … it was very very beautiful.. they had a lot of fun activities with the premises and food was really really yum I must say

Litreally Nothing, except the activity area to a point. Pathetic rooms. For the hefty price they charge its not even worth it. Washrooms are like a budget hotel. They are not even maintained properly with awful smell. We booked 2 rooms of same category but we were told they will provide 1 room of non ac. Dont understand the logic

cross-checking on the food plan eligibility at the dining table right in front of the guest. It was somewhat embarrassing, if not insulting. Just my personal feeling. No sensible guest who spends so much on staying at such a resort would barge into the dining hall without being eligible. The staff should adopt some other means of cross-checking/verifying. Just knowing the room number of the guest should suffice.

Breakfast wasn't fresh and had to convey this to the manager. Not much variety in the breakfast

I liked the Housekeeping service, restaurant. Lawn, activities

1.) While booking it said room had 2 fluttons beds. Receptionist said, there is no such and should be a mistake. 2.) There was bath tub in the image displayed, actually it was too small. 3.) It was 20 kms from actual munnar, so travelling everyday upto munnar and then sightseeing places was little pain and costed more. Could have their own transportation for city drops or atleast nearby bus stop drop(1.5kms)
