The gym needs improvement. Your treadmill slips under the runner's shoes! Also the weights are just not enough for a decent workout. Finally, the breakfast can improve a lot with variety - Same options everyday dampen the experience.

Rooms and bathrooms were incredibly clean and stylish, staff was very friendly and accommodating (24/7), breakfast was hearty and had a live omelette station, 360 views of Munnar mountains and tea plantations

The property was very calm and a perfect getaway from the hassle and job life. The view is also great. Customer service is top notch. Keep it up and great job. Gave us a good guide on what to do for people who are new to the area. Provided the best taxi services as well

Everything was perfect.

•Very accommodating with our bookings — we had separate reservations in different room types and they handled it smoothly.•Chef reached out in advance about gluten-free allergy, which was really thoughtful.•We even got a free “cooking class” (watching them cook), which was fun.•Upgraded us on the first night, which we appreciated.•Beds were nice and firm (great if you prefer hard mattresses).•Lovely balcony overlooking the mountains — really beautiful view.•Hot showers, fridge in the room, and slippers provided.•Staff were very helpful — we were texting the chef while travelling so he could prep room service before the deadline, and he did.

•One of our rooms smelt strange, which was pretty unpleasant, that said we didn’t complain or say anything so that was on us. •There was a lack of clear info about long walks. We repeatedly said we wanted a hike, but they insisted we should go to the National Park, which was over an hour’s drive. When we got there, it wasn’t a walk at all — just steps to a viewpoint — so we were really disappointed. Again we didn’t say due to language barrier.

Absolutely incredible staff - they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The food was also exceptional - would highly recommend. And the room itself was stunning.

The location was quite far from Munnar itself, but this is perhaps to be expected when you're staying in a mountain resort. The only other issue was being chased up following the trip to review them positively on more sites. Having already done it on two when we checked out, it felt a bit much to be getting Whatsapp messages asking for further reviews. Understand that such reviews are important to the business, but it did slightly negatively impact what had been an otherwise very positive experience, to be getting further Whatsapp messages days after.

Poor service, low maintanance, towels with bad smell, electricity falls from time to time, breakfast is unorganized...The stuff wants to help but they lack the knowhow. Good will meets poor standards.

I did not like it at all

I booked this hotel at a relatively high price, expecting good quality service and a comfortable stay — but I was very disappointed from the first day.•The cottages are far from the reception, and reaching them requires climbing many stairs, which is physically exhausting, especially with luggage.•When I entered the room, the floor was wet and there was an unpleasant smell.•In the bathroom, the towels were not clean, which was unacceptable.•When it rained, the roof was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at all.•There is no sound insulation — I could hear every noise from the neighboring cottages all night long. It was truly disturbing.•The food was very poor in both taste and quality.•In my opinion, this hotel is only worth 2 stars at most, not what they advertise.

The property seems like it is isolated and the views are awesome. Food is great, the staff is amazingly courteous and accommodating, massage place does some great massages. The property also has a gym and an infinity pool. Water is adequately heated as well. One really can’t complain.

I had to think hard for a negative.. the parking is a bit strange. We had. 14 seated mini bus and.the driver had to park far from the resort location.

The staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good.We had mountain view rooms and it was really nice in the morning. The bonfire arranged by the staff was good.

Great location with nice view and lots of tea plants to explore

The hotel missed the luxury part of it. Our room had curtains which were somewhat broken, bed felt springy and our shower did not have a (glass) door as indicated on pictures. As a result the bathroom became really slippery after showering. Also the bathroom had quite a bit of dirt/molt in the corners and the finish of the bathroom was bad. The food was great, however the waiters seemed inexperienced or uninterested to make it a nice dining experience. Also the music was incredible loud in the dining area, we could not have a normal conversation without yelling. We suspect the loud music was to cover the cooking noice from the kitchen, as this was directly connected to the dinning room.

Everything was good (location, Ambiance, fesclity,.) But experienced very Bad hospitality Service, its destroy our total trip.

The location and the hospitality of everyone in the hotel was exceptional. Games room, rooftop dining and the pool was amazing.
