Good food in restaurant. Good staff in restaurant. Room size is good. Location good for access to town.

Strange place. It could be managed more professionally. Hot water problems in shower ...ony worked after calling to complain it wasn't working. Some very helpful stafff members. Others not very motivated to help.

Breakfast and the location of breakfast was very good.

Given the price of the location, the facility and infrastructure was pretty average. There is hardly any common area in the hotel besides the restaurant.

We liked the way Vipin, a staff at the hotel treated us and the way he presented himself. He helped us in telling about the places to visit in Munnar and the apt time for it.

We wanted other staffs also to get involved in the customer communication. Please look at the things that are kept in fridge before hand because we were told that we used some items in there but actually we did not even see those things in the fridge. Please sign the paper for the items kept in the room.

Rooms were clean and the food was also good.Staffs were very attentive.The location is perfect for exploring Munnar

there are no water heater.. Hot water not available.. Room is filthy and you can see Cockroaches everywhere.. no proper seat or table in the room to sit..

The rooms were decent. However it could have been a lot better . I felt this was the only positive if at all.Also the complementary breakfast was decent. But still the tea and coffee offered were very cold and unpleasant.

There were many things that was pathetic and below standards. There were no room service for food or anything from the restaurant. This is quite the opposite of what is listed in the facilities offered by the hotel.There were no ala carte offered in the restaurant which was really shocking to say the least.The tea and coffee offered to our rooms on both the days we stayed was only because I insisted them multiple times. Even so the beverages was very cold and unpleasant.The hotel was really running severely understaffed and there were nobody to guide us through our payment query.If this was not all, initially they did not honour the booking made through booking.com . They said since we did not make any payment upfront they assumed we will not turn up. Hence we had to make an advance amount of 5000 and also they increased our total amount by 400rs more than what booking.com offered us for 2 nights.This is one of the most pathetic hotels I have ever visited.I hope booking.com evaluates the hotel before showing up these kind of hotels in your application.Also the hot water mentioned in the facilities was 24hrs..but the timings for hot water was 6-10am in the morning and 6-10pm in the night .The wifi was way too slow and I could not even open Google using their internet speed.The tv provided did not have signal for most of the channels.Overall the worst service a hotel can provide

Value for money. Thry offers excellent service and the location made it easy to travel across the city.
