Breakfast was good. Reasonable spread and clean.

The hotel property is old, not very well maintained. Some effort on proper cleanliness could improve the guest experience.

Very good location. Very convenient for walking into town. At breakfast staff tried very hard to cook nice food.

The problem with this hotel is the hot water. You have to turn the tap on in the sink and shower and run for a very long time to get hot water. It was about ten minutes. My friend said it took even longer in his room. I hope they sort this out because apart from this it is nice and I would come back.

Location with stunning views across the Plantations and an easy walk into town. Very comfortable and clean room and bathroom

hotel is located in a tea estate and at an elevation which provides a good view.The view from the room balcony and the restaurant view is excellent.Food was awesome and delicious and priced perfectly. Food was iffy at best. Pakodas were good. Some veg dishes were just OK. Chicken 65 was good too.Breakfast spread was OK.

The view from rooms at back of hotel were spectacular. Staff were obliging and helpful.

For hotel with this style bathroom was very old fashioned and needed make over. Restaurant had many menu items unavailable. Breakfast was limited in choice.

Munnar is nature's basket..the hotel is located in a tea estate and at an elevation which provides a good view.The food provided is okay. Not so great. There are variety of options in buffet but everything is all right. Could have been better. The rooms were clean. The staff is courteous.

The one thing I did not like about the rooms were that there's nothing much provided in it. There is no space to keep luggage. No storage facility in the bathrooms. You cannot keep your toiletries anywhere. Also there is no provision made to keep clothes in the washroom.

The views from the suite rooms were stunning.I booked a deluxe room and later upgraded to a suite room. The suite rooms was very nice and the staffs were very good and professional.

The deluxe rooms were not value for money and do not have any good views . The rooms were also looking dull and bathrooms were average.

The person who is in reception need to trained. At least ask him smile to guests. Really stupid.Ask hotel to mention the details correctly on your website.

Upgrade to suite was nice but we did not really need the extra room...bedroom was large with plenty room for 2 suitcases.Balcony facing west was lovely to sit out on with great views.Bath and shower and plenty hot water.No a/c but in the evening fan was enough.Good interesting b/f with big choice.Helpful friendly staff. In quiet place about 4-5mins walk from town

Error made by booking.com saying rooms had a/c when none of them have it.

The view in the balcony room was nice. The hotel is located just at the right distance from the town center.

The internet was not at all they way I expected. The hotel says it has high speed internet. But my room was in the corner of the building and i was not able to maintain a sustained connection to wifi

The location is about 600m from the market so it’s quiet. The view from the balcony rooms and the restaurant is excellent.

The Room view was excellent.Breakfast was good. The room and bed were perfect and big enough not like the executive rooms.

The hotel is a bit old and renovation is needed. Slightly overpriced compared to others of the same range.

- beautiful view from the room/balcony (tea plantation)- very helpful receptionists, they helped us with the booking of the trains and tuktuk - thank you!- silent area far from the noise but walking distance to the town- it is possible to pay by credit card

Oldschool furniture and bathroom (for this price)

Great location within walking distance into the town and restaurants. Great view from the room to see tea plantations.
