The location is good, you can get tea plantation view right from your rooms.

The food options are limited, they served us bitter dal tadka. They changed it after complaining.

The breakfast was decent, though we found the dosas a bit over-crisped for our taste. The hotel is located a bit off the main road, and the access route was narrow and muddy during our visit. That said, we appreciated the efforts of the local governing body, who were prompt and responsible in clearing the mud from the main access road—ensuring smoother entry and exit for guests.

Prompt response, and the staff were very courteous. Rooms were clean, and the view was serene. The property is just adjacent to the Tea Garden, where you can take beautiful pics. They have their own kitchen, and they assist you with the Jeep Ride and anything else if you need.My car went for the breakdown and it was not starting in the morning. The staff helped us to unblock us and escorted us to the local garage to solve the issue. Unfortunately, I have to replace the battery.But their support was remarkable!!They have a good breakfast, and it's better to include it in your booking. The Menu are - Chole Bature, Omlette, Bread Butter/Jam, Idly, Dosa,Sambar, Chutney, Uttapam with Tea and Coffee.For Lunch and Dinner it's Ala Carte.In-house parking inside the Property.

1. They have a spring mattress, so you can talk to the receptionist if you have a back problem. 2. The property is a little inside from the main road, so you have to drive approximately 1 KM on a single road to the property.

It was value for money, very clean and tidyStaff was good and helpful The breakfast was also good Ample amount of parking is provided Toilets were super clean and view from the room was great

I really chose a place further away from town for the peace and quiet, however, my luck was every day loud construction next door- they kindly moved me to another room and floor that doesn’t face the construction directly - the view improved but not the noise as the construction was equally as loud and additionally the doors have no seal underneath so you can hear everything in the hallways and even on the next floor of the kitchen. Obviously there is nothing that can be done about the construction but placing sound proof seals under the doors would go a long way. Other than this, everything was great! Very friendly and helpful staff.

So green and quite peaceful place ✌️. My kids are so enjoyed so cool and affordable Price and receptionist so polit and humble person.

The Hotel Monsoon Grande was at a Great Location. It has Good Support Staffs and run by good Management. The hotel comes with a restaurant which provides great dishes. I really liked the behaviour of Arun(Restaurant Chief), Rubin, Matthew and Manish are doing fantastic job at the reception and customer support. I had a very pleasant stay.

The bed size was queen bed. It should have been king size bed as per my request.

Good Hygienic Breakfast , Everyday menu change. Restaurant was Good, Clean and Hygienic. Friendly Staff. Beautiful View.

Can be Little Cheaper. Some Furnitures were not in good condition. Bed was too soft.

Everything was amazing ! This place is a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming, they have their own restaurant with amazing food and a game room below if you’re stuck in the property because of rain. We got to enjoy the scenery near by, the tea plantation, it felt amazing to be there when the fog hit ! Rooms and very very spotless and sanitised too ! Highly recommend this place and we have already decided to stay here next time we are here ! ?❤️

This is a good property where the staff were excellent.

The towels and bedsheets were stained. The electrician needs to look into exposed wiring and misaligned sockets.

The location, staff, hospitality and the food was amazing.

It's good with location, cleanliness.

No welcome drink, bathroom is not provided with body lotion and shaving kit etc. For every day we happened to call for everything.

Great rooms, lovely view of the plantation. Staff were excellent.Special mention to Bilbin who was helpful from start to finis.

No pool and breakfast wasn't amazing.

Hotel is clean. Room is big with separate front room. Dining hall is very nice. Staff in dining hall very accomodative. Also view from balcony is excellent . Tea estate and balck ground mountains are out of the world experience. Room service is also good.

Approach to hotel is not good. Laundry service is not good. Need cushion in bamboo chairs. Hotel is not in the top of Munnar . It is in between road. There is no shop or hotel near hotel. We can not go for morning walk in the morning as it is a lonely place. Need tread mill etc in the hotel itself.

Restaurant is not Kerala style, probably aimed at North Indian tourists and the taste is pretty average. Breakfast was pretty good.

The stay was comfortable. The room and the view was beautiful.

The food for the cost was a little disappointing. It wasn't bad, but wasn't too great either.
