Breakfast on the first morning was from a menu - the second was a buffet. The first was better. The first night it was lovely and quiet - really peaceful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The second night was loud and noisy with other guests coming and going. We had a room on the ground floor near the stairs.

Isolated location 30+ minutes from Munnar. Construction nearby. Bad roads. No elevator. Wood smoke blowing across pool

The property was modern and very clean. It had a wonderful pool

The location is nice, not on a main road, just like many other hotels nearby. The staff were hospitable and could respond to our requests, such as preparing breakfast a bit later since our group went on a trip in the morning. Communication before arrival was also good. The food was prepared fresh so it took time to get it.

There was mold in the bathroom and some people from our group complained about the sheets' cleanliness. The pool was not clean and the pump was not working so it couldn't be used. The food was decent, but nothing special. The confirmation of the reservation and the pre-payment took some time.

Lovely clean hotel with great breakfast and wonderful staff. A place to relax and explore Munnar. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, great room, beautiful bedding. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Clean, fresh, nice swimming pool, great staff, great shower, spacious. Nice restaurant, though most people ate in rooms.

Very rough road for access, wifi intermittent-(unreliable)

The room was clean but very close to the reception which meant that there was a lot of noise.Spacious room but the balcony didn’t have a mountain view as mentioned in the description.

Far too far out! If you have a car great but if not it’s in the middle of nowhere. They are located at 30 minutes from Munnar by tuk tuk and a good 5 to 10 minutes by tuk tuk from the nearest agglomeration.The breakfast was scarce 1st day was a buffet with hardly any choice at all and the second day was “ a la carte” where I got a small glass of watermelon juice and 2 small dosas with sambar and coconut sauce.I had to ask for my chai and the waiter had forgotten about it.I could also not get a second helping of dosas

Improve food items.

It’s not the easiest road to reach the property but after you reach it the landscape is very nice. The resort was clean, the rooms were equipped with everything that we needed and everything was is working condition. All the members of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 for that. Definitely would stay here again.

If I were to find something that can be improved I would say that the menu didn’t offer that many choices for meals but what we ate was very good and nicely plated.

Staff ( Neha and Vinu) were very courteous and helpful. Catering staff were extremely polite and able.

great place to stay for family tucked away in the corner of Munnar. Quiet getaway. Great breakfast. We had lunch and dinner - both were good.

Swings were not functioning. It would have been great to have those swings functioning.

We had a lovely stay. The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff was extremely friendly helped us book transport and day trips, the pool gives a welcoming break from the heat. The room was very clean, definitely value for money.

The staff are very attentive. The food is delicious and very nice to have on site. It is nice to relax by the poolside. It is just over 10km from Munnar where we started our trekking tour so needed a 30 min tuk tuk costing 500 rupees each way for this but we were assisted by hotel staff to arrange any required transport.

The Staff was very Pleasant to talk to. Mr. Balaji and the reception girl were the sweetest persons to talk to during your stay. Very helpful and willing to go extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Only those few times when I take the photo with staff and share it. A new property with well appointed rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were quite big with a good flat screen TV, Clean bed linen, confy bed, quiet room and a newly appointed hotel with hot water and toiletries. The Wifi was free with good speed and unlimited devices. Helped us quickly share our memories. The breakfast was good, freshly prepared meals, that was delicious and the staff was very quick to take care of the requests. The view from the room was limited but gave the glimpse of Green and clean mountains.

The access road is a bit unexpected with sharp turn which are easy to miss. The access road was bumpy but thats out of Hotel's control.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent facilities and clean room.
