Beautiful place, Excellent staff and their hospitality.

There is nothing that I can think off. Property is excellent.Food is subjective so please take my comments with grain of salt. BF was Ok, however dinner buffet didn't suite our taste. We felt it has room for improvement.

No beverages choices, no alcohol at all, no choice of sugar free options at all,

Great location, beautiful facilities, great breakfast, run well. Family fun games, trampoline, chess, etc were great.

There were guests who made a lot of harassment and kept taking videos and photos without any respect for other guest privacy

Regarding the Vibe five-star resort and spa, when you check in, they might apply a 'thila' on your forehead, which is a Hindu and Sanatan tradition. However, they also have "Beef" dishes on their menu. Had I known they offered beef, I would not have stayed at this Vibe.Their room service was just okay; it took 45 minutes simply for a lemon. The restaurant staff was quite annoying. We ordered two chapatis/phulkas, and it took them around 35 minutes to deliver – I was disappointed with the restaurant service.It seemed that the front office staff didn't care much about their guests. Perhaps they are not paid well, leading to a lack of enthusiasm or activeness.As for the room, water was dripping from the AC unit on the ceiling, and the shower wasn't working properly.The swimming pool water had excessive chlorine added and didn't seem very clean.They also have a small gym, but the gym equipment isn't working properly, with cables getting stuck mid-set, so be careful when using it.

Nothing major

The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The food exceeded our expectations. The pool and rooftop views were stunning, and we enjoyed breathtaking valley views right from our balcony.

Fantastic location.Everywhere vibe of nature's beauty.Rooms awesome,excellent just suggest to remove the door which is beside the Almirah.

Facilities and service provided by the team were astonishing. The staffs responded to all our requests within a split second. Restaurant offers a wide breakfast buffet option with tasty food which we enjoyed a lot.

Ongoing construction nearby was a bit of a distraction but did not affect our stay.

And then at the check out they said different and expensive price. And they even try to convince us that we were wrong. At the second we left they didn’t care about our needs and they didn’t even smile for goodbye.

Fantastic hotel in an incredible location! The staff were fantastic and the hotel was kept to a very high standard.Swimming pool on the top floor was fantastic with 360 degree views which were amazing.Rajesh in the restaurant was extremely helpful and highly experienced having worked in many top hotels. He made great tea and it was a delight to try the different flavours he had to offer at tea-time outside at the front of the hotel.We also had a massage in the spa which was very good value.

Only disappointment was there is not a bar at the hotel. However they serve very good fresh juices and mocktails.

We Stayed for a night, The Hotel staff were polite and service-minded. The room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was excellent, and had quite a good variety. Especially, the South Indian food items were good. Value for money, highly recommended.

The bed was not so comfortable. Should be better

The hotel is pristine, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with a powerful shower. The staff are beyond friendly and the spa is fantastic. Oh and the pool on the rooftop is a lovely touch.

No bar on the pool deck. We’ve ordered two bottles of water to the pool and are still waiting for them… 36h later.

We had an amazing stay here we love the location, the food and especially the rooftop pool the views were incredible and there was hardly anyone there!
