Its very worst experience

Booking time we are mentioned couples stay but they merged 2 nos single bed its very uncomfortable & informed management but there is no action 1. Powers are triping nearly 6 to 7 times per day 2. Hot waters are not working 2 times informed management no one didn't take action3. Complimentary foods are not mention in my booking they double check after they invite for breakfast final time they collect money for all 4. Location : booking . Com mention 8km down town but munnar is very far why lie with people and waste our times its nearly 25km its took 45 mins 5. Don't say 3 star hotel please

The location was very beautiful, view from my balcony was just stunning.Anson from reception was also super helpful in helping me book a transport to Munnar Town, and to Alleppey the next day for my next stop :)

everything was great

The staff is really amazing. We left shoes in hotel but they ensured they sent it by courier. Really pleased with their hospitality

The insects sometimes come inside the room. But I think it’s common considering how the place is surrounded

Rooms/location/staffs/food

Lovely hotel, magical environnement out in the nowhere - restaurant, pool, beautiful bungalow. They can help you arrange anything - tuktuk to the city (600 roupies) or car to your next destination

- it is quite far away from the city, to keep in mind (40 min in tuktuk), but tbh that’s a choice we did not regret - the hotel staff is mainly really junior- we were asked to fully pay uppon arrival, then we noticed they had already made us pay 50% of the price and had to ask for a refund. The day of the checkout we were called 2 times in 30 minutes to tell us “check out time reminder ” when it was not necessary and felt stressful - for the restaurant, you have to tell them crazy in advance what you want to eat which I don’t understand

Staffs were very supportive

Very less space for car parking , rooms were clean but small insects were entering the room..

Exceptional

It's a pleasant place to stay between the lush greenery and I love waking up to the beautiful scenery in the morning. The service was satisfactory and so was the food at the resort. The swimming pool is also well maintained and we enjoyed it a lot.

Stayed for two nights. Rooms are very specious with a nice Mountain View from the room itself.Very nice and clean rooms. Staff is very courteous. Food was good , even Jain options were also made available on request.Strongly recommend to stay with family.

A wonderful hotel with many beautiful details in the middle of a stunning nature of theMountains arround Munnar. Some details in the room were not 5star yet, but all in all we werevery satisfiedNery helpful and friendly staffl Especially Mr. Anson was always there for any requesti We wishyou a great future for the ressort.

Breakfast was not that great. It could have more spreads.

The internet facility is too poor and sadly no one helped me with that on time.

The property covered with cardamom and black pepper we tried there delicious food from inji restaurant that also amazing and the tour coordinator (I don't no his name one man with a spece ) he is very kind and he explained everything about edens munnar really enjoyed this vacation with edens we will come back soon thank you everyone

We had a very good experience with the rooms, location, swimming pool and the staff where very helpful.

Swimming pool had lot of chlorine which can be reduced.

Room needs security box not enough information on available trips some activities weren’t available you need to book transport as location is lovely but isolated a little run down I placed

Edens munnar is the best property i have stayed in Munnar.The staffs are very friendly. Food was tasty.The speciality is their nature friendly atmosphire and the activities. Clean small hut rooms with balconyThe young guys made our trip memorable.

The location was exceptional, the gardens were well kept, the views were just great. The pool was clean and great to cool off among the setting of the forest.
