- Room cleanliness and facilities... There was some smell coming from the bathroom and no alternative room was provided .. property did not have lift making it difficult to manage with kids
- Firstly, I booked from booking.com from 14-17th May but when we reached the hotel ,we found that they haven't received the request from booking.com and hence they cannot give a room(although it is clearly mentioned that we have to pay at the property but the resort was asking why we did not pay in advance although I have updatedy card details in booking.com)but after many arguements they gave a room in a building opp to their resort where they are sending ppl who has booked like us through these online sites but if you are booking directly they will let you stay within their complex. Secondly,the rooms are not tidy and they do not have AC in any rooms even though it is mentioned as AC rooms in booking.com. Thirdly, the next day when we woke up in the morning,we saw our room filled with insects and immediately we moved out of the resort and made our settlement. Lastly, the services are very poor. PLEASE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.
- The Google map location was itself wrong. Also while calling they told me location is 7km from munnar but it was 15km away. Staff behaviour is very poor. Rooms and linen are not at all clean. No proper duet cover or floor mat available. Also check in not yet reflected in my Booking.com app. There was no proper menu at restaurant. Menu was written on a paper with some random rates. I'm sure if they are taking actual rates for food from customers or not. They are asking to make payment to personal gpay number of property manager or staff which is not at all appropriate. And they dint give any bill at all. They said gst bill will be send by mail. A property should have well behaved staff, clean room and linen, proper and approved menu with right rates and a proper billing system. This property don't have any of these. Very very poor
