It's important to note the difference between Standard and Deluxe rooms. While both offer the same facilities and have similar interiors, the key distinction is that Deluxe rooms provide enough space to accommodate an extra bed on the floor. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, equipped with quality shower gel and handwashWe arrived at 1:30 a.m. due to traffic and delays, the facility manager was available to receive us and called us at regular intervals to check if we're doing ok, which is extraordinary.

The food did not meet our expectations. In particular, the dosa served on the second day at breakfast was overly fermented, which affected its taste. As a result, we chose to skip the dinner offering and made alternate arrangements outside.View is not that great from the place. However it didn't bother us as we were on the run / wheels after breakfast for sightseeing.

Service is the main highlight which i haven't experience before; the space is limited eventhough the room view is excellent . And the morning breakfast which is served it's too good if you are traveling as family treebo is very good option.

Location-wise the property is OK, the approach road is NOT proper.

The hospitality of the supervisor, support staff.

The Owner was very supportive. He took extra measures to arrange for our demands at odd timings and also for things which were not available at the Hotel.

The approach to the property was horrific, the entire stretch of the road was in real bad shape. there was also not enough parking.

Cleanliness

The door lock handle of our room was partially broken which could be operated ...but while we stayed there it broke out totally ....... And the receptionist told us to pay an big amount ... Without giving any consideration for what I said ... Nor the recipient for my payment was given.....i was told that to pay the amount now... And later she would consult with the manager and let me know if there would be any consideration..but i didn't get any reply from them until..... The Road to the property is very very bad

The room and view was good.. affordable and neatly maintained .

Food was very bad and we ordered food as a part of room service, however we were denied food to the room and asked to go to the restaurant.

Don't book this hotel - it has mold on the walls. There is a different one with a similar name in the building next to it, which is ok

I booked a room in a three star hotel and I expected at least a decent level of facilities. But when I first got to the place, which is extremely fat away from Munnar and the road to which is extremely bad and difficult, I was offered two rooms with a great amount of mold on the walls. I refused the rooms and was tending to book anothe hotel, but then the hostess offered me a room in a different building. Only the next night did I find out that the other building was actually another hotel, with higher prices. This was never said to me at any point. Anyway, the room they gave me was decent, but there was no hot water when I finally took a shower. I called the reception and the hostess sent people to repair it without even giving me a chance to say that it was late and I was actually meaning to go to sleep. I also didn't have the chance to speak to her afterwards so I didn't tell her I want to book the room for another night. In the morning I left very early for a hike, had no internet during the whole day and only in the evening, when I came back to the hotel, the hostess informed me that I have to pay a higher price for the second night because this is a different facility. This was very unpleasant and when I tried to explain that I was not informed about this and that renting rooms with mold is unacceptable, she just said she was an employee, implying there is nothing she could do. I payed the price and left early next morning with a bitter feeling

Catering was not arranged properly. For instance jam and butter ran out by the time we went for breakfast.

The view was good and management were proactive to our needs the new wing was good which we were upgraded to from adumpy oldwing of neglect.

The day manager or suprvisor was agrouchy old fool who was a stickler for rules and breakfast was limited. The roof top dinner area was really badly kept. Hot water was eractic

Rooms are quite large and very comfortable. Very neat and clean. Balcony has fantastic mountain view. Pleasant stay.

If you are vegetarian then please be careful as they also serve non vegetarian food. I ordered vegetarian dish but received chicken pieces in it. When I complained to the manager instead of accepting the mistake he started lecturing me that it's a multi cuisine restaurant and such things happen. This is not at all acceptable.

Approach road is a little bumpy in parts. The doors bang hard. It is good to put some dampers.

1. Especially I would like to thank the girl who facilitated our stay with ease and without any hassle.2 The rooms were super clean. (The pillows could be better managed)3. The best part about the property is the balcony and the view it offers. It'll heal your fatigue,tireness everything. It's therapeutic. 4. The breakfast they offered was pretty good. (Being from Odisha when I got to try "Putu" , I was super happy)5. Plus the washroom was super clean with availability of hot water.

Nothing as such regarding the property but it was a bit tough to locate the property from main road and the connecting road was in bad shape which is out of the hands of the property owner.

Good place to stay with family. Mr. Anvar (Resort Manager) is very pleasant and helpful person. Good n fresh b'fast. Clean environment. Really value for money.

Good room and facilities for 2 people, and staff named Murali chettan helped a lot for clearing doubts..

A bit difficult to reach the property!!
