Pleasant Hill Resort - Munnar

Ambiance of the resort and view of hills ..

Dinner was average...The size of TV was too small as compared to the room.

Stay was awesome.... And I would like to recommend, clean rooms , comfy, good food.. everything was top.... I would like to thank the staffs for their hospitality....

Away from town, very supportive staff. We tried kerala style from restaurant and it was really yummy

Had a great stay! The room was very neat and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The food was absolutely excellent — every meal was flavorful and well-prepared. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and satisfying stay!

The dealing and behavior of reception was good and impressive. The waiters and the restaurant was also good and their behavior is pleasant too.

The resort lacks lift which we feel a necessary otherwise our stay there was pleasant.

Amazing hotel with helpful staff and stunning views the restaurant was lovely and reasonable but the extras like the park, farm, camp fire, disco area for the kids, football pitch, and bike make this hotel something special! The pool could do with some maintenance as it could be cleaner and my children kept cutting their feet in broken tiles at the bottom, this is the only reason I’m not eating this hotel as perfect

Best location and good service from the staffs of the property. Safe and clean all the time. Breakfast was delicious and served with care. Best stay in munnar.

The location is far from the core sights of munnar and there are lots of issues with the quality of food served, not value for money charged by Booking.com

From the most welcoming smile of the security guard as we arrived, to our most helpful and kind hosts — all the staff in the kitchen, and assistants for luggage, laundry, and room service too — everyone did their best to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The view from our room was peaceful and our space was comfortable.

At times there were loud guests. Hooks in the bathroom would be a most welcome addition. Perhaps a little shelf in the shower too would be nice.

Great facilities for family. Beautiful swimming pool, separate park with sliders and jhoolas for children , stage with music for dance, lush beautiful gardens and breathtaking view from the balcony. Definitely recommended for a family vacation. Food also very good. Staff were very cooperative. Great cleanliness and hygiene too.

The highlight was undoubtedly the large balcony that offered breathtaking views of the serene hills. The compound was beautifully landscaped, featuring vibrant flowers, cozy benches, and a playground for children. There is a fully equipped gym for the fitness enthusiasts. They even offer a complimentary biking facility, which was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool was super clean, easily one of the cleanest I've encountered in my many travels.Dining at the restaurant was a treat, with delicious food that catered to our spice preferences perfectly. My Dutch partner particularly appreciated this thoughtful touch. The staff were always smiling, respectful, and courteous, making us feel right at home.The owners were present around the premises and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When I returned from a day of sightseeing with inflammated feet, they kindly provided ice packs and pain balms.The resort also features a cozy campfire, a charming small animal farm, and a stage with lighting for entertainment. It's conveniently located within driving distance to major sightseeing destinations like Munnar, Thekkady, and Theni, with taxi services available if needed.Overall, this resort offers a clean, safe, family-friendly environment that provides great value for money. Foreign nationals will especially appreciate the tranquil and beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend staying here!

The room offered perfect mountain views and weather (visited in Dec), and the grounds were very well maintained. The room was clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was very good.

location was not easily accessible from Munnar, Anachal, or the nearby towns, hiking trails and main attractions such as tea plantations, eravikulam national park, chokramudi peak.

Breakfast was average. Just a few options. They had good amenities to keep you engaged and entertained.

An idle place to relax and detox urself , children can be let free , v safe for children , rooms are neat and clean , balcony view is breathtaking , swimming pool is clean , decent sized Gym , neat Resturant serving tasty nv and veg food .

We stayed there for 2 nights. Location is in a quite place. Staff was polite, helpful and property was well maintained. Rooms were good and the view from the rooms was also great. Food was also good with breakfast being the best.

Rooms were spacious for premium bedrooms. Room service exceeded my expectations as they answered to all our queries. The decorum of the room was well maintained. I loved enjoy staying here because the sceneric beauty from our balcony was fabulous and left me overwhelmed. We had some authentic south Indian breakfast that were so tasty. If anyone is looking for a quiet place then I would recommend you to stay in this hotel if you ever come to Munnar.
