The staff is very nice and friendly, the room had a very nice vibe. It wasn't hot because we were in the ground floor, so no balcony but secured from the sun. Location is awesome, directly in front of the beach.

At night you can hear some water in the pipes which was really really loud.

The Receptionist was like very confused man in have already book my room before 4 days of check in when I go for check in for room on the date the Receptionist was telling me other people have in the room please came tomorrow I gave you the room so didn't understand one thing that what was the advantage of book in advance the room so bad experience from the hotel staff

Only hotel location

Great location, silent aircon and fan in both rooms, very helpful staff. Organized trips for us for competitive price, were very flexible with booking as we had to do some changes in our plan.

Nothing to complain about in that price range.

Very poor

I booked a deluxe room i with courtyard/seae view October on arrival I was told this was not available and given another room with a view of a brick wall and noise from cafe below was told by staff that room status was changed to superia rooms and none was available but according to website it only had deluxe and standard staff very unhelpful check out after 4 nights very disappointing won't be staying there again

It's near to the Beach but car entry is not there. Paid ₹150 for a 12 hours parking at Pay and Park which is 500 meters away. Room was below average. Old furniture, hard pillows, pathetic service, no hot water, nobody cares about you.. Worst experience

Place was very cool and nice terrace, in general very nice and very clean except bedsheets.

Main thing was that the bedsheets and pillow case had a lot of stains... Disgusting stains... Apart from that the electricity when I woke up wasn't working. I checked that the main electricity switches were on, but still nothing.

Room, Furniture, Washroom were outdated. Shower was not working properly, Washbasin wasn't convenient to use.

I had booked a sea view apartment several months in advance. However when I arrived I was told that there were none available and I was put in another apartment belonging to another hotel with no view of the beach !!

Just the location and air conditioning.

No hot water on tap or shower. Dirty sticky surfaces everywhere needs proper soap/ septic clean. Bedding was smelling and not comfortable and the bed was hard. ? on the wall near basin and on the shower wall area including on toilet and toilet seat. I have video of ants crawling on walls and on the toilet.Can only communicate by mobile to get any thing done as the reception is always empty. The phone number on your site is not correct. I had to walk 70 metres to get someone to help with my luggage.

Never expected that you need to go thro Narrow lanes to reach the,Inn.No Hot water,No TV, projected version reg hotel is not there as per picturesEven the room lock is not proper-,External lock .Booking. com should review properly before suggesting such hotels on your website.Overall a bad experience except the person Mr.Vineet at the reception is more courteous and allowed early check in and gave grace time of 1 hr for check out

beach is nearby..

Room furtinure is in pathetic condition. they charging like 4 star hotel just for the proximity of beach but providing low grade room, no comfort, no hot water, along with horrible service. Building quality is not good. staircase is horrible and accident-prone. Roads are really narrow, not convenient at all,so going out to other places specially with luggage is really difficult.

Neat and clean place , nice view from upper floor , beach side walkway , nearby restaurants

To reach property , narrow walk way only , extra parking 100 INR charge for outside area , 100 meter walking only , but luggage assistance is available.

Room was spacious, location was good

Bathtub was dirty, proper toiletries were not provided, also I found a bugs on bed and room, could have find much much better room in the same cost.

Sea front location

The rooms are advertised as having a TV but they don’t. It didn’t bother us as we don’t watch tv but thought it’s worth flagging for people considering staying here

it is my worst experience in Beach Flora,for 1500 no TV ,not proper cleaning, staff behaviour also not good
