When we wanted to extend our Stay, they happily got it doneThere's a very good wifi if you are working (or anything similar). If anyone is planning to stay in kovalam for a few days this is the place I recommend them

The staffs were very nice and helpful. The property was affordable compared to other options in the area. The ac room provided was comfortable.
The non-ac room was a bit uncomfortable as there was no ventilation in the room and the windows could not be opened as there were mosquitoes. And I don't think there are any seaview rooms as mentioned in room facilities, as it is a little away from the beach side.

Couldn't get the location right. Your staff sent a location which again was showing somewhere in other state. It was a horrible experience and couldn't reach your place. Had to return back without finding the place. It was very distressful
Recently renovated spacious rooms, clean bed sheets, great staff, good location with proper parking space, good restaurant next to the hotel
As with any other hotel, if there is a big family occupying multiple rooms, there will be a loud mess : )
