- Both, the restaurant and the breakfast served were poor quality, considering the room charges. Two star motels provide better cleanliness and service staff in their restaurants. For dinner, the restaurant food was over priced for the available food (we chose to eat dinner elsewhere, after viisiting the restaurant). Breakfast was included in the room price, but even though we were well within the breakfast hours, they were short of food, and service was non-existant.

- Food,service, staff attitude, room cleanliness and maintenance etc...Bedsheet with lot of female long hairs and lot of stains,stained,old,ripped towels TV and WiFi was not working almost many times in both days,no consistent hot water,When asked for shampoo and shower gel ,i was provided with shampoo and moisturizerDirty cracked chipped wallsNoisy ACRoom was not cleaned on 2nd dayRoom service tea order clearance never done until check outDinner and breakfast staff has bad attitude and thinks like we are hindrance to themTerrible taste of breakfast food...old itemsBreakfast and dinner never ready on two days at 7.30pm...still staff setting up and we see empty chaffing dishesFirst night i asked receptionist to have manager to meet to discuss,but no one showed up and never botheredIn a king bed there were two twin mattress and kept moving and we sink in between while lying,very uncomfortable
