Beautifully landscaped and aesthetically very pleasing property Loved the natural stone and greenery and water features that surprised you when walking through to different locations like dining area etc

Staff was really helpful. I would appreciate efforts of Mr. Abhishek and Sous Chef Harish Rawat who helped with custom meals for my young kids. They were always asking if we would like to have anything apart from the spread of buffet which was really nice gesture.There was loud music on one night and staff (including GM) took care of it which helped with a good sleep.Infinity pool, greenery, and overall architecture is definitely a highlight along with hi-tea experience at sea side with awesome sunset views.

They can be a bit more responsive when responding to calls to reception.If they can arrange some more activities for kids, it would make stay with young ones more fun.

Good decor and location, and it is very green with a tropical feel. Also we really liked the lagoon and the boat ride.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, however ordering food at the restaurants was often challenging. The food generally took a very long time to arrive and sometimes we were not able to eat at the same time as all of our food often didn’t arrive at the same time. Food was delicious but overpriced.

Check-in, Check-out, inhouse facilities, Spa were best of the class. Staff was very friendly & welcoming.Breakfast : Wide choice ranging from continental to north Indian to Kerala delicacies. This property has locational advantage with sea front & on a hillock. All staff members deserve appreciation however would like to name a few Restaurant: Djiraj & Soniya, Front office: Sanil & Noyal, Cab captain: Shyam :)

The hospitality that Taj is known for , Taj Green Cove excels in it! The staff is amazing, warm, considerate, thoughtful and extremely supportive! A huge thanks to Sebastian, Suman, Dhiraj, Pankaj, Jesse and all the staff who made our holiday so very special!

The entire staff right from the Reception, in particular James to housekeeping, to engineering to the buggy driver, to the hostess to bell boy were extremely courteous, proactive and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Hospitality at its best!The breakfast spread and quality of food was awesome. Kudos to Sous Chef Harish Rawat and his team The entire property is so picturesque and well maintained. A great place to unwind and bask in the beauty of nature.

The mattress was uncomfortable - too soft.

We stayed at the presidential villa and it was wonderful! Such a great space for my whole group and the private pool makes it perfect. The views alone is worth it.

Nothing, everyone was so kind and helpful. The whole resort is beautiful.

The property though five star is poorly maintained. Urgently meds a proper renovation and refurbishment. Cleanliness need to improved. Uncleaned tables in the bar as well as tables outside the cottages, outdated Tvm sets with minimum channel options, washrooms, locks of the rooms are old and needs to be replaced… can be improved. Overall no value for the money spent on the rooms. The staff are sweating in the sweltering heat . They deserve an air conditioned lobby. The spa can be improved too with cleaner towels, bath robes etc. The bat cubicles with steam facility need to be maintained at regular intervals. Cleanliness is of utmost important. The furniture in the restaurants can be improved upon. Looks worn out and unappealing.

Every path winds through vibrant gardens, offering moments of peace and natural wonder at every turn. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Every need is anticipated and met with grace and care. Their dedication and hospitality elevate the entire experience.

Whilst the rooms had everything we could have wanted and were very clean, it could do with a refurbish

We stayed for 2 nights during our 10 day holiday and quickly decided to spend those 2 days just relaxing on site as it had such a lovely vibe and great facilities. Our favourite hotel of the four we stayed in by an absolute mile.Great selection of food for breakfast, with a buffet and certain items cooked to order.Staff so friendly and helpful, they definitely added to a fantastic experience.Swimming pool was great, warm and never crowded, sun loungers available when not swimming.The absolute best bit was the complementary sunset high tea - watching the sunset over the sea while eating traditional Indian snacks and drinking masala tea (it was the best masala tea we had in Kerala).

The food and drink was quite expensive but we could have easily ventured out to eat elsewhere if we'd wanted.

The setting and the surrounding greenery blending the property with nature was really great experience. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had a solid couple of days and also managed to enjoy the beach and the sea which was a short ride away. The only thing to complain about may be the properties are in need of modernising, you can see the wear and the crude fixes. Our AC, started leaking water but it was immediately fixed.

Taj Green Cove felt like a hidden sanctuary tucked between jungle and sea — a perfect retreat after our travels through Kerala. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless: we were greeted with a cool drink, shown around the lush grounds, and led to our peaceful chalet nestled deep within the tropical greenery. The room was beautifully appointed, cool, and quiet, with a balcony looking out over palm trees and the sea beyond.The setting is simply breathtaking. Meandering pathways, a serene lagoon, and the resort’s blend of modern luxury with natural elements made every corner feel like a postcard. Daily high tea by the sea was a highlight — enjoying snacks, chai, and live music while the sun dipped below the horizon and fishing boats lit up the coast.The dining experiences were thoughtful and personalised. Abhishek and his team offered regional breakfast tastings and created a special candlelit anniversary dinner. The food — particularly the Indian dishes — was fresh, vibrant, and full of variety, with a special mention for the seafood and the chef-prepared chicken saag.The pizza-making class with Chef Joel and Chef Manoj, the spa treatments, and the attentive service from Annie and Guest Manager Neela made our stay exceptional. Every detail, from the spa to the activities, was curated with care and a warm human touch — making it a standout destination and a heartfelt memory.

Though our stay at Taj Green Cove was magical, there are areas where a little polish could elevate the experience further.While the chalet was comfortable and well located in the jungle, a few fixtures felt a little dated.The beach, though stunning, isn’t ideal for swimming due to strong tides and rocks — better for scenic walks than sunbathing. Finally, although we did not spend too much time in the room, a better TV with access to streaming services or connectivity to our devices would have elevated our stay when we wanted a quiet night in.

Almost constant noise from the village

Very nice chalets. Beautiful surroundings. Very helpful staff. Very professional too. Food is very good.

Nothing major. Mosquitos outside the chalet. Inevitable due to location I guess. You can hear croaking frogs at night. Again possibly inevitable.

Beautiful locale, lovely property with view to the sea and lagoon. Our cottage had a small porch/garden and also a distant view of the sea. At night we could hear the sound of the waves faintly. Comfortable clean rooms, friendly helpful staff from the buggy drivers, to the folks at the reception counter and the restaurant. I was staying with my mom and we both had a great time and felt very comfortable. I would like to mention and thank Joel who checked us into Taj and was so very attentive to my Mom, helped me out big time with kite flying..and overall made us feel very welcome and this trip truly memorable. Thank you so much!!

Probably because of the landscaping of the property we had steps that led to the room. Thankfully they have a comfortable rise and tread, so the steps were easy to climb.

Stuff and location very nice. I celebrated my birthday there and they gave me a better room plus many little surprises.

Some renovation is needed, but they are working on this already

Room size could be bit better. Bathrooms need repair. Union Taxi and hotel taxi services are expensive and guests left with no choice as no uber pickups allowed at hotel.
