Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa

A great hotel and we had a beautiful suite with a view (when it was clear). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and because it was New Year - offered a inclusive breakfast which was a nice addition. The suite was beautiful and a shame we didn't spend much time indoors. Hotel is close to all attractions, restaurants, bars etc.. We walked to Cat Cat Village and also close to the train for Fansipan which was quite something! A fab base in Sapa

Ruby was the best, so friendly and sweet! Gorgeous place with comfortable rooms.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch, and I really appreciated the free gift given at reception. The staff were all very nice and accommodating — they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend!

Place is very good. Very comfortable manager duoc is very accomodating. Staff is also very nice

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety of food that included hot soup as well as salads and fresh fruit.

Everything was great!

The staff are very polite and friendly. The manager/owner is a very kind person. A variety of food is provided for breakfast, and the location is close to the town centre.

It would be better to improve the soundproofing of the connecting door.

Great location. Easy walk to station and good restaurants and shopsStaff very helpful

Hotel dated yet don’t let that deter you from booking here. Great stay and location

Clean, convenient

Limited facilities

I really enjoyed my time here, I liked the way the hotel room had a lot of space. Breakfast and spa were great

Location perfect. Staff so welcoming. Booked no breakfast and they gave us free breakfast. Special thanks to Ruby. Shes so kind to our kids. Even give us souvenier when we left the hotel. Room quite big and bed quite comfy

Breath taking view on top level bar. Make you want to stay in the hotel longer..

Since the moment you enter in hotel you are welcome with a warm smile. What I loved the at sapa relax hotel was: the people, the location, the food, the facilieties. They made our time in Sapa a relaxing one and were so nice to help us with anything that we needed. Btw you should try them spa, after a long walking or trecking day this place is all you that you need. In one word: everything

Everything was perfect.

The location, staff, rooms and breakfast were all great.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sapa Relax Hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful, especially when arranging a taxi for me.The hotel offers amazing value for money and is in the perfect location, within easy walking distance of all the famous spots, which made exploring so effortless. The welcome tea was such a lovely touch and instantly made me feel relaxed and welcomed after arriving. A comfortable stay with warm hospitality. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

Friendly staff. Good location.

Location was noisy. Room was clean, but was kind of falling apart (e.g. shower door barely on the rails and could not be fixed, towel hanger almost falling off wall.

I like that they respond as soon as the can, go out of their way to help and try their hardest to communicate. The free breakfast buffet was excellent as well! Very delicious food and very friendly staff!

Nothing major.

I stayed in 3 different hotels in Sapa and this was my favorite. Great location and walking distance to everything. Complimentary breafkast during low season, amazing view from the room and rooftop. Polite and attentive service. Room was pleasantly warm in December.

The proximity to Sapa downtown, shopping, restaurants, spa salons and walk ability to Cat Cat Village were all pluses. The breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The manager “OK” was extremely helpful and kind often providing suggestions for places to go. Also, the rooftop bar provided an absolutely beautiful view of the valley below (when the fog cleared).

The staff were attentive and helpful and really made our honeymoon special! The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff helped us plan activities for our stay.

Hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the sun plaza where you can fund everything from restaurants to shopping. Rooms are big and breakfast was good

Loved the location of the hotel, the friendly staff, and the overall vibe of the hotel! The hotel is centrally located but inside a lane so away from the traffic and noise in central Sa Pa. The manager and staff were really helpful, guiding us with our bookings and overall recommendations. A lovely breakfast spread in the mornings as well!

While the manager and the entire staff were really kind and helpful, the staff at reception in the late evenings/nights struggled to communicate in english. Considering most of the guests were tourists, that was a bit surprising.
