- I managed to check in and out without the staff uttering a word to me -first time ever
- When i checked out, the lady at the reception wanted to steal some money of me because she named a higher price, i showed her my online bill and then she was quiet
- Wasn't very helpful at the front and demanded I hand my passport over until we checked out which I was not comfortable doing, which instead photos were taken which it should be normally.

We have used the stay only for a couple of hours when we waited for the train. For that purpose, it was good enough for the money we spent for the room.
