Hotel Iam

The hotel was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was convenient. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. The location is excellent, less than a 5 minute walk from Suncheon station.

The hotel is located near the bus and train terminal and close to the market. It is also just a short stroll away from the walking path by the river that leads to the scenic parks in the city and its surroundings. This trail is also very nice for recreational activities like walking and running.

The room was a bit small for the three guests and breakfast was a bit lacking of variety (soup, instant noodles, coffee)

It’s really close to the train station. The room was very comfortable. They even provide gift amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. The floor is heated. There are cup noodles, soup and cookies available as well. At the welcome desk, there is a nice cat ??

Right next to the station and access to a number of convenience stores and restaurants. The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming. We were always met with a smile and wave whenever we walked past. They even let us check in early as there was no one in the room before us. The room was great! Very comfortable beds and spacious room size. They offer a welcome package with the room which offers amenities you may need for your trip. Had a great stay.

Excellent location near the train station, coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Although we were early for check-in, they let us check-in (for no extra cost) as our room was ready. Friendly and helpful staff. Room had a LG Tromm Styler which was cool (although layout was a bit awkward).

Not specific to just this accomadation, but I'm not a fan of the combined shower/bathroom space as everything gets wet. But at least there was surface area to put belongings on here.

The rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax in the evening. The location is great it is less than 5 minutes from the train station and only one minute from a bus stop. A GS25 convenience store is next door. The room has a safe and a clothes steamer.

The check-in kiosk has an English menu. However, the last step is not. It wants a signature, but the instruction isn't in English. I had to get the guy from reception to help. It defeats the no contact check-in.

The only sore point was the breakfast which was not possible given that the only drink was milk. Haven't you thought about the widespread lactose intolerants? It was sufficient to provide tea bags and a kettle of water. You spent thousands of euros to put a sterilizer and clothes dryer in every room, but you didn't want to spend a few won on banal tea bags. In any case, I can't give a low score because there is a lot of cleanliness and an excellent welcome service in the room: I received a welcome box which even contained a hair blade. Score 8/10 just for breakfast’s reason.

Central location, comfy room, helpful small breakfast included. Lovely singing by manager at breakfast! Helpful luggage storage appreciated.

Very clean, compact room, comfy beds and good shower. Loved the drying cabinet in the room, as we needed it for drying clothes due to the rain we had. A simple breakfast was provided, but we didn't take advantage of it. WiFi was available, but we used our own. Staff very helpful and friendly. Self check-in. Good, central location near Suncheon train station, shops and restaurants.

There were only 4 parking spots outside the front of the hotel - one of which was permanently blocked off for some reason and another for electric vehicles (which was not used by anyone while we stayed there). A kind staff member did move his car, so we could use the space. On street parking could be found close by too.

Near train station, spacious room and great staffs

The hotel is near to Suncheon train station and lot of bus stops within walking distance. There is a walking trail near to the hotel, where can have. nice walk during morning or evening time. The room is big and cozy. I like the LG styler provided in the room. It helped to refresh and sanitize my clothes when not able to do laundry. Simple breakfast was also provided every morning.

Love the convenience of this hotel. Alot of food around the hotel as well. near all bus transport.

The hotel is in a good location only a short walk from Suncheon station and many bus stops. There are also lots of cafes and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast provided was simple but pretty good given the price.

The room was very hot and the temperature controls on the wall did little. Cleaning of the room could have been more thorough as there were a few long hairs on the floor and in the shower.

The location, so near to the Suncheon train station and bus stops to all the tourist attractions. They provided breakfast and even have LG styler essence in the room! Very thoughtful.

Would be nice to have an additional pillow. The pillow is too soft for us. Other than that nothing.

It is a self-check-in hotel. it was very easy to check-in and the rooms are nice and very clean. The location is very close to the train station, not the centre I guess, it was a bit difficult to find restaurants at night.

LG Styler in the room was helpful! The location is also very close to Suncheon station so you don't have to walk much.

The washroom was really bad. It had mold everywhere on the floor and the wall. The mold also made the washroom smell horrible. We really felt disgusted about how dirty the washroom was. Additionally, the towels we were provided with had stains on and the bedsheets had a weird black stain as well. It says it's a two star hotel but the units inside are not different from motels in general....
