Hotel Raum Suncheon

Great location, not too far from the station and walking distance along the river to the gardens. The bed was very comfortable and lovely large bath. Great rooftop facility but should be open during daylight hours as well, not only from 6pm to 11pm.

The comfort, location and cleanliness were great. Good sized rooms for a family of three or four.

Although the rooms were large and comfortable, there were no storage spaces in the room so we had to keep our clothes inside our luggage.

Good location.A connected wardrobe allows you to dry / deodorize / stir your cloths.

Non of the staff speaks English!!!The air con is a bit noisy.

Room was very spacious and bright. Big tv in front of the bed, fully automated lightning and automatic ironing machine in the room. Very nice building with an open terrace on the rooftop equipped with sofas and tables, open until late

Nothing really except perhaps the distance to the train station and the neighborhood which was far from the city center and attraction points

Rooms were big and clean. Bed was comfortable. No noises from other rooms. Having a little fridge with free water bottles. Free parking

In general in Korea the open showers. But at least the bathroom sink is separated from the shower. Not fan of having the floor full of water

Right across the street from E-mart and a convenience store . Also, a cafe on the first floor . The rooms were really spacious and pretty

Nice layout, quiet ,.near.shopping mall,. served.by public.transport in local buses,.intercity.buses and train and very importantly friendly front.desk.who listened.to answer our queries.

Conveniently located near the train station and the Bay Nature Reserve. The personnel at the reception was kind. The room was spacious and quiet. The beds were big.

Strange practices - have to leave car keys at hotel when back in hotel. Breakfast is just sandwich.

Friendly staff but it would be better not to write on the site that I can speak English since the communication took place via online translation.

When we went onto the terrace we found cobwebs on the tables and spiders in the pads. Terrace tables were dirty. The shower was clean enough as we found hair in the tub. Strange you can't eat in your room!Upon arrival at the hotel we were asked if we wanted daily room service, not being able to understand if it was an extra service we refused. Strange for a hotel rated 4.6/5 by various sites.

Nice room, very clean and i liked the spacious bathroom. There is a shopping mall across the street and it's a 10 minute walk to the train station. Also vegetable market across from the station is worth checking out. To get to the Suncheon Bay Garden, it's a short cab ride away.

small things missing in room- hand soap, large bath towel ( only small hand towels are provided in the room) We had to request bath towel each day

Hotel staff members are very nice , helpful, and friendly.The hotel clean condition was excellent also hotel has stayler and bidet but they don't have a closet.

I like that each room has a LG styler steam clothing equipment! it helps v much in settling our laundry. staff also assisted early checkin as we were caught in the rain and need to settle in fast.

location is really good, twosome cafe at ground floor, emart mega mart and daiso less than 5 mins walk away, around 10min to station. room is very spacious

first impression not impressive, reception is very tiny, more like a motel
