Raya Buri Resort

The view is beautiful and it is in very close distance to 1000 palms boat club where I have parked my boat.

I wish Rayaburi has overnight parking then I can have my boat right out front for an evening or morning cruise.

So peaceful and tranquility, just what the body needs, nice evenings, a little bit quiet probably for this time of year, staff so helpful, would definitely come back and stay longer possibly up grade to the jacuzzi suit next time

The mattress on the bad a little to hard for my liking Side sleeper 555 but apart from that everything was just perfect .

Great location though a bit out of the way but it is supposed to be as it’s super calm and peaceful. Handy staff for luggage transportation.

The staff could have told us all the options for upgrading. There are many empty rooms. If I were the owner I would upgrade the guests to the best room at front. The guest would have a mesmerising experience.

Lovely views from a rather tired and run down resort, some of it was beautiful, but much of it was like a poorly looked after 1950s holiday camp.

Wonderful idea of a bathtub on the balcony, but so black with flies, it was frankly monstrous. There was very little hot water too. Friendly, but fairly incompetent staff. I'm very aware of cultural differences, but at the prices charged, there should be better training. This is very much a price comment, rather on the individuals.

The facilities are very nice, the Jacuzzi rooms on the water were excellent. Lots of activities to keep you busy and a decent breakfast in the morning. We also forgot something and they were very helpful sending it to us.

Food, view, your entire facility

The location on the hillside overlooking the beautiful lake is stunning, the boat ride in the late afternoon towards the sundown was also a highlight. Reception and employees all very friendly. (with one exception, see dinner)

The bungalows have absolutely no sound isolation and as there are 2 rooms per bungalow, your good rest absolutely depends on your neighbors. We also didn't appreciate the way we were "kindly told" to leave the restaurant at 08:30 pm, even though we were still enjoying our drinks, the waiter just brought us the invoice without us having asked for it.

Great facilities onsite for rafting and canoeing and other water sports. Lovely quiet area with beautiful views. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were always very helpful.

It was quite secluded so you really need your own car.

We like the room. It was big and clean. There were some spots on the floor from construction work. I guess. However, it does not make me feel unconfortable. The staffs were also very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant was good in term of pricing and quality. Breakfast was what you would normally expected from this class of hotel. However, my children loved the breakfast.

There were many small insects somehow getting in room at night even we close everything. My wife experience it but not me (we slept in a different bed). However, it was not a big deal for us.

Nice view. Staffs are great. Buffet breakfast on weekend was excellent.

Location and views are exceptional ?. The customer relations support and service were professional and of a high standard. ?. Breakfast was included and abundant. We had all our meals at the Rayaburi resort restaurant. Good food at good prices.. We were impressed with the extensive, well maintained property and watersport facilities. A delightfully peaceful and relaxing ambience with efficient , friendly, and helpful staff. Good roads leading to the resort .

The place is very scenic and relaxing

The way to the room was a steep climb. There was no short cut. Once at the room, there was no desire to walk the scenic premises.

Beautiful and quiet location, really nice for relaxation. Jacuzzi was amazing and the facilities such as coffee machine was a bonus.

Breakfast and food overall need a lot to be improved. The restaurant needs maintenance as there are lots of flies.

The lake was awesome.. Nice staff.

The aircon was not cool enough. And there was nothing showing on the television.

Great location in the hills of Kanchanaburi, right outside the national park. We had our own car, so the location was perfect for us, but it is a bit isolated if you are relying on other transport.

The coffee at breakfast was not very good. This is a problem throughout most places in Thailand.

Location, facilities, but most of all the staff. So helpful and friendly. The guy named "four" was such a pleasure to be around.

We loved the place, the view and the food! The entire staff was lovely and provided excellent service!!
