The resort is located in a beautiful location, with river and tress

Food and drinks were a bit expensive. No telephone lines, resort is located so remote there is no network signal. But they put sign to call lobby or restaurant using mobile. which was not possible

Staff and facilities

enjoyed all the individual cottages that were spread out among all the trees and bushes. The breakfast buffet was superb with many food choices. The staff really attended to all of her knees and we were very, very happy to stay at this hotel.About all the location was superb

There was nothing we did not like

I like almost everything from this place. So peaceful here.But I have suggestions to add more main dishes in the international menu for room service. Sometimes the internet disconnected which understandable because this hotel is in the middle of jungle which I love(only warning)

Good location with the perfect nature. Breakfast are standard.

The route to entry the hotel are a little bit inconvienent, If you drive by ourself. (because hotel locate in the jungle). Better come to the hotel within sunlight.

Location (beside the Kwai River). The cordial attitude of the staff. The cleanliness of the room. Toiletries in bathroom. The food quality at the restaurant (value for money :)). It is very relaxing to sit and relax next to the Kwai river.

The spread of breakfast items!

I like the room , it is spacious , clean and high ceiling. There are 2 swimming pools and breakfast is nice. Double Bed is big enough to fit 3 ppl. Room in the pic is with extra bed charge. I like the traditional room style upstairs of breakfast hall.

There are many chipped dishes serve at breakfast. The place is quiet far to eat out for dinner near by. A lar carte menu is not much if you are staying more than 2 days, you won't have much choice. Traditional massage is very expensive and duration is super short for the price , compare to Bangkok.

Rooms were well-sized, although the windows were too see-through, meaning we had to have the curtains closed the whole time.Riverside is nice and peaceful.Pools are nice and coolBreakfast was goodBeds were soft

A coconut dropped while we were walking around and was within inches from our heads when it landed.

This is a lovely resort great for families with the 2 big pools and right on the river. Comfy rooms with air con, has a resort feel. I would recommend it. My only point is research the cost of activities and also local transport before booking as it’s fair to say prices are very high. I stayed with my 16 year old daughter and I imagined we would be kayaking, doing day trips etc but everything was quite pricy by Thai standards. We were travelling independently and it meant I only did a fraction of what I was anticipating. To be fair the prices may match the quality of the resort but we got a great price for the room so I hadn’t budgeted accordingly and as resort is an hour from Kachanaburi costs to town or to erawan falls were quite high. A la carte in restaurant and drinks were really reasonable though. I honestly had a great time here and I would encourage people to stay - especially with kids as the whole place is well run and easy - but this was my only thing. It’s a shame as we would have done a lot more I think if things weren’t so costly. As I say this is compared to local standards elsewhere.

The service staff were fantastic and attentive to details.

The location was quite far away from the main road. Quite a few mosquitoes inside the room even us trying hard to prevent it.

Everything was very good. Small exception when checking out.

Did not like that water bottle broke when put in door of refrigerator and it rolled out. Was told at check out that is why water is placed by staff put on counter, but was not told do not put in door as might break. We cleaned it up but was as charged for bottle. Also one bottle of additional water was in refrigerator, which admitted I drank as god our own water mixed up. Was charged 7x cost at near market. Total cost was under 100 baht. But we spent maybe over 25,000 baht for river front room for 5 nights, food, and pool drinks. Thought charging 100 baht for those two were a little picky and staff just argued every point and would not let us leave without paying. Know now. Will try another location.

What an absolutely stunning property. My villa was amazing with my own plunge pool. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. Great breakfast and other meals.

Location is great, our accommodation, bungalow 105 was clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain

The quality of the food has room for improvement.

The resort is pretty clean and comfy, everything was fine!The staff was just a little too slowFor example, we ordered food and they brought some of the food, then 20 mins later after some of us finished, the other friends got their foods served. They had to watch us eat, i didn't like that.. same with drinks.And they need to improve their english speaking skills because unfortunately it was very hard to communicate.

The resort grounds are stunningly beautiful, with each chalet set in its own private spot amongst the tropical lushness. The 2 swimming pools are also surrounded by lovely greenery, so you always feel 100% connected to nature...even the impressively large restaurant is full of rustic charm.And of course, as with nearly all the hotels I have stayed at in Thailand, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous.

The shower part of the bathroom doesn't have any brick divide preventing water flow to the rest of the bathroom...we managed this problem by angling the shower head into the corner with the drain.

We loved our stay here, the gardens were magnificent! Staff very accommodating and ready to answer any questions or help book activities, tours etc. Restaurant was good but could do with an upgrade. The pools are amazing- hot beers at the bar but cocktails ice cold and delicious! Loved it, would recommend staying here.

The staff were very helpful with the days out that we wanted. The river boat taxi is a really fun experience. The room was beautiful. Reception staff were very kind.

The property was great. Beautiful location and nice pools. The restaurant was mediocre, but definitely enjoyed our stay. Would visit again!
