The rooms are nice. The staff were friendly. It’s the best place in Dong Ha.

The pool was very crowded and the massage place did not look suitable for guests.

Hotel was fine but we believe they overcharged us as when we were leaving (and the taxi was waiting) they said we hadn't paid an early check in fee which we felt showed clearly on an invoice as paid. we didn't have the language or the time to argue the case and paid it in cash.

Comfort and location were good

The bar wasn’t open and whilst the food was ok, we were the only people to eat in the restaurant. The hotel aims to be a four star luxury hotel but it doesn’t have the footfall to sustain that type of image. Having said that - it is probably the best hotel in Dong Ha.

We have been lucky staying on the ninth floor with amazing views from our bed,and with a smart TV (which I heard is not always the case for every room)very comfortable bed, friendly staff, amazing breakfast bar

After two nights we booked an extra two nights, and been moved to a different room without smart TV.So if you want to watch TV and don't speak Vietnamese you're trapped

Great location, right at the city center. Rooms are well equipped, with a big TV. Breakfast is quite yummy.

We went here from Da Nang for a visa run to Lao Bao before we went to Phong Nha caves.Comfortable beds, spacious and food was good.There is a gym and pool.The hotel staff are excellent.The hotel is near the bus station and train station. You can walk if it isn't hot outside.The metered taxi from the train to the hotel is only 50,000 VND but they may ask for 100,000k. I gave a 50k tip to the honest drivers.

I didn't deduct a point because for the price with breakfast it is definitely worth it.However, I didn't like that they tried to charge me 600,000 VND for a taxi pick up from the train station. It is literally daylight robbery.Anyways, whoever messaged that price to me on Booking.com should avoid doing this next time.That being said, there will be many people who will attempt to overcharge you in Dong Ha.The bus from Lao Bao who helped take us back to Dong Ha last night warned me about this. I understand as there are very few tourists in this city. Hence, they try to get as much money as they can.They should avoid doing this if they want tourists to come back. I honestly have never experienced this in Dalat, Nha Trang, Da Nang and Saigon.However, it is rampant in the north of Vietnam.Overall, the hotel itself is worth the stay.

Hotel was very run down, swimming pool closed early which was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons for booking. Bar on the top floor looks as if it has been closed for quite some time. All the information still says the bar is open and swimming pool open until 10pm. It felt as if we were paying for facilities that we could not use. A disappointing stay

I did not have time to enjoy breakfast here since I must go so early so no comment. I will try to assess next time if I return here, hope this would be fine and value to money. Usually this hotel chain provide sufficient breakfast.

One little issue when check out since the staff issued wrong invoice information even when I gave them in advance. However the senior staff has settled this and given me correct invoice in time with apology.

Standard room was clean and bathroom was clean. Housekeeping was done well. Location is decent. Breakfast is ok, low selection for food but may be due to pandemic.

Young male front desk receptionist was less than professional, looked irritated and near unprofessional. Female receptionist was professional and helpful. I have encountered the male receptionist during at least two visits, both times his demeanor was the same, set the standard for the stay at this hotel. I don't need to stay at this location and his attitude would be the #1 reason I would select another hotel the next time. I was respectful to him but was close to asking him if he had a personal problem with me, something I have never had to encounter while staying at any hotel.

The room is spacious and clean

The staff were incredible. They helped and supported me getting my bike to the next town. above and beyond what could be expected of them. Thank you
