Sai Gon Dong Ha Hotel

Good location next to the market.

I stayed here about 6 months ago, and again this week. The 2 rooms we stayed in this time had a bad odor. The hotel clearly knows this because the windows were left open despite the cold weather, and there is an air freshener in the closets. The carpeting in the rooms was filthy. I think if the hotel cleans the carpets, the rooms will smell better.

The swimming pool was great. The room was very clean and large with full of facilities. The location is convenient to reach from other provinces as well as key places in Quang Tri.

The elevator was annoying. The buttons were hard to press and sometime they did not work :(( I had to use my keycard to activate the elevator, but the card reader was very hard to use. Breakfast could have been better with more type of food.

Very nice hotel with great service. The river view from higher floor (6th) was amazing. We booked 6 rooms for a family gathering, and the hotel provided great service.

There is construction going on in the lobby, which made checking in and talking with front desk rather loud. But once this is complete, I’m sure it will make the hotel even better.

Carpets worn and dirty. No alcohol and no bars. Downstairs lounge closed. The website promised a rooftop bar but it was closed and obviously not used in a long time. Swimming pool not available as a set up for a wedding was occurring. Nothing in town - no decent place to eat

Very nice rooms, quiet, good food at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, helped me with a luxury bus to Hue, and were in general very tentative to guests’ needs. Very good value for the price and will definitely come back.

Fitness room was 90 pct broken. Only two things actually worked: one pair of hand weights and the floor for exercises :-)

It was spacious and had a nice view of the river.

It was very empty and lacked personality.

spa facilities weren’t great. steam room and sauna don’t work properly, apparanlty that’s how they always are - so they basically don’t get hot enough (hardly any steam and sauna was not hot at all)

Aircon in room was good

No staff member spoke English, no air-conditioning in the restaurant and lobby, so it was very uncomfortable trying to eat when the temperature was 38 degrees with all doors open. The swimming was very murky. The carpets in the room were old and stained, and the room was not vacumed. The hotel is old and needs updating. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to forenor.

The bathroom was so small.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled like fish.

A convenient business hotel with not too much charme. Room was large, in the afternoon they bring fruit to your room. breakfast was good.

we wanted to have diner in the restaurant but there was a business meeting and therefore also a Karaoke party going on. So we tried to find another restaurant

Room was nice. Service was good. Staff was fast and friendly. Breakfast was okay but can be better.

Tv was old. Carpet was old.

It was ok for one night, since, Dong Ha was not my destination.

I ordered something different in the restaurant and they served me something else, of course I didn't pay. Disappointing. I advise against eating at this restaurant.
