No Galary in RoomNo enough green space and non-maintainedname is lake view but there is no lake view from rooms

Breakfast is good and location is middle of the saputara

Passable. Not worth the money

Room was dusty, sofa was not cleaned for years. Had to ask for everything separately (toiletries, tissues, hanger). TV was not working. Hair dryer was not working. Room service sent cold food.

Location is good but the rooms and bathroom are stinky and old. Not worth the tariff.

Location is excellent - once parked, you dont need the vehicle to roam around. Food was very good, tasty and reasonable in pricing. Breakfast was excellent.

Cleanliness in the room and bathroom. After first night, there were small bugs in the bathroom and in the room. Though the staff was willing for us to change the room, I believe it should be maintained in all rooms across the facility.

Poor housekeeping . Dirty linen. Room not made ready before allotting.Unhealthy, as could cockroaches & mosquitoes were in plenty.

The overall ambience and the staff was very well behaved and accommodating too.

The wifi connectivity isn't the best. And food quality could be slightly better.

Good location, lots of rooms

AC wasn’t working in the room allotted to us. Hotel staff provided another room with a working AC but it wasn’t as big as the earlier room.

PROXIMITY TO ALL THE TOURIST DESTINATIONS

NO ROOM SERVICE TILL 8:30AM. NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM FOR MORNING TEA

The location and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. All the spots to be visited in Saputara are nearby in its vicinity. The staff is very polite and courteous and their service is prompt and too good. Food was excellent too.

It was surprise that No wifi given in the room, limited Tv channel in the room

The room amenities. Like the washroom basin was broken. There were insufficient charfing points. The socket in the bathroom was broken.

Staff was ok

Lobby was full of mosquitoes and flies. Wifi was not working at all. The room had no water glasses. The bathroom ceiling was mouldy and dirty. The shower room door was not closing properly hence,Water was splashed everywhere in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was so spicy and no other food options than just Indian. Juice was room temperature and not cold. The only hot drink was Indian tea. We are from the UK and can not tolerate full fat Indian tea and breakfast. More variety in breakfast would have been nice. Rooms are not soundproof, so it was too noisy all night. We do not recommend it and we won't come again. Sorry

Water in bathroom was not clean it was coloured and I called staff regarding it multiple times then after 30 mins one person came and said whole hotel has water like this it’s a lake water
