Rooms were clean.

Evenif we have not taken extra bed for the child, they had charged 1000/- for that. That was the worst experience for us. No any hotels charge like this.

Very poor food quality, Poor housekeeping, Dirty towels & napkins, Stinky bed sheets & pillow. Wi-Fi was not working. No Driver Room. No facility for driver to stay overnight. Spent too much money but no quality of living.

GREAT LOCATION. AMPLE PARKING , SPACE FOR EVENT AND KID PLAY

FOOD OPTIONS AND TASTE IT SHOULD IMPROVED.

Staff of indinning, house keeping and reception were excellent..same was with checkin process..! Overall staff behavior and hospitality is very good..!

Worst experience

We had booked 2 rooms ,The bed linen were not changed even when we checked in at 6pm, first the staff didn't agree and later they agreed and changed it, which wasted an hour.I had a written confirmation from booking.com for check out time 2-3 Pm, the reception called up at 11 and was so disrespectful, they called up by dad a senior citizen and said if we don't checkout by 11.30 they will come and remove our luggage. When I went to the reception, Mr Jaiswal the manager was equally disrespectful. He was very loud and was arguing even when I showed the confirmation email sent by Booking.com. He said he hasn't received any confirmation and will block booking.com. A very bad experience especially when you are with your family for a vacation.

Property is located right across the lake and one gets a nice view....most of the areas of interest are located within a distance of 1-2 kms from the hotel. Breakfast spread in the morning was adequate. its a good value for money

Ambience behind the property could be improved a bit...Looks like some workshop is coming behind it which spoils the view. It may not be in the hands of management but its just a suggestion from our side

Everything was bad. Paid extra for a view, but was not given a room with a view. Bathrooms had no latches or locks. Just one mobile charging point. Bed was smelling because of moisture. Staff was apathetic to us. We checked out 1 day early because of this. Inspite of bringing this to their attention, then they offered to change our room. Then why were they waiting for us to complain? This is my first bad experience with booking.com. I will think again before booking on your site now.

The mannerisms of staff, the food, the location and the special treatment by restaurant staff. Special mention to Prasanna Jeet, Tek Singh, Sanjay Gavli and Baburao who took personal care of my aged father for special food.

No fridge, no locker in the room

Located in the centre of the city. Breakfast and food was awesome

There was very poor wifi network throughout the hotel. There was some plumbing work was happening at the initial days because of which we did not get hot water for bath. Food and room was too expensive as compared to facilities. Definitely not worth for the cost.

One of the best in Saputara. Specially catering staff. What a delicious food. And specially I want to say really thanks to Sanjay Ravli @ his catering staff for best service at all. Just need to improve, require accommodation for drivers which is not available here. Thanks.

Room size, breakfast and location

Clean & Spacious rooms, good view. Near to Center of Saputara. Breakfast was good.

Staff did things only when asked. Wifi was not working properly. Room service could be better. Restaurant manager was good but staff can improve. They need to give 3 star experience

Excellent location and view. We requested lake facing top floor room which was fulfilled. List of facilities like pool, gym, games etc is long. Rooms are huge (atleast on the 3rd floor). Parking space is good.

The bathroom, though clean kept stinking throughout the stay - something to do with the exhaust. The flow of hot/clod water was extremely irratic and the pressure kept going up/down suddenly depending on whether your neighbour is using the bathroom. The hotel overall is getting old now and needs maybe a fresh coat of paint and the rooms can be updated.
