Hotel is good but booked room convert from hotel room to cottage by management this is not fair and location is little bit distance from saputara that's make discomfort. Over all Experience is very nice staff and food very nice.Weekend costly at saputara specially Saturday & Sunday...

Properties location is too good and it will be more valuable if maintain well. Staff behavior is good. Breakfast is good.

Very poor internet connectivity.Food quality is average compare to price.Room furniture very sharp edges.No any intercom telephone arrangements in a rooms.

We didn't like anything. It is wrongly informed. It is not in Saputara but about 5 kms away. We were senior citizens of 70+ and were allocated rooms on 2nd floor with lift not working. We had to cancel our booking after reaching the hotel as facility was not provided.I would not at all recommend this hotel to anyone going for leisure and enjoyment

Only plus is location

Booked cottage but it was very dirty and not at all comfortable. AC was not there, lights not working, bathroom taps also broken, geyser not working. Wardrobe is total mess and too dirty.When asked to change, they not allowed by saying no other cottage available even though many are vacant. Against my wish, have to moved to a small room which has half the cost of cottage which I paid and no refund even provided.Wouldn't recommend

The property was good indeed with an excellent view. My suggestion is to go for cottages rather than going for a hotel room because the view from the cottage is absolutely mesmerizing.

The one thing which I didn't like about the property is that the housekeeping immediately asks for money once they deliver something in our room.

Nothing! A nightmare! Worst property ever! Avoid at all costs!

The premium cottage rooms lacked toilet paper, and were infested with mosquitos, insects, and bugs. The toilet flush didn't work, the wash basin sink had a leak, and there was no pipe. It felt like staying in a lodge despite being advertised as a 3-star property. To make matters worse, one of us was given only a teapot without a cup. I strongly advise avoiding this place. The staff exhibited ignorance, rudeness, and a complete lack of service sense. Even the property receptionist and managers were consistently rude, as if it wasn't their concern or business to address our issues.

Evrything, spacially room is very very good .very clean. Very confertable and also staff and service is very very good

Only one thing i dont like is swimming pool. Pool is very etractive and well looking but only bed thing is water. Water is not clean in the swimming pool.

we visited Saputara on 8th July 2023 and we have booking for Ambica Valley Resort for 1 night stay for 5 Rooms. We have booked the rooms and paid the booking amt on 5th July, Just before the one day of check in we have been informed that your rooms have been changed from Deluxe to Cottages. As we have no other option we agreed for the same. We reached at hotel on 8th July on 10 AM but due to check in time is 12.00 we waited for long two hours. They, Allowed us for check in on 12.15 PM but provided 3 rooms instead of 5 rooms as there is cleaning process under work in progress. Remaining two rooms allotted on 12.45 PM. They have asked the remaining payment in advance before we check-in. so We made the payment before our language transfer to the rooms.within 10-15 min. we realized that we trapped in the wrong place. There is pethetics rooms service where no electricity and water supply available in few rooms. There is No room service, No phone available in rooms (Every times you need to walk into reception counter for everything.)No water supply, Poor plumbing and broken sanatory ware.Shower and Jet spray not working, Leakage Sink/Wash basin. We found Lizard and Chamaeleon in some rooms. No bucket/ towel and doormats in the bathroom. We realized that this place is not for us/ family. We complain to the reception counter but no response from any members or hotel staff, They even not giving option for other rooms too.Finally, After heavy discussion and arguments they are agreed for the refund on 3 PM, Finally We left the hotel as well as saputara on a same day after a long journey of 8 hours.This was the bad experience we had ever face in life. Newly constructed property,only good thing

Frequent power cut made the stay very unpleasant.No facilities provided,Being located in Hilly area no geyser,no laundry.No entrainment facilities No wifi(range poor no connection in rooms), TV faulty.
