Fantastic hotel with pool in arugam bay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Pool is very good. Breakfast is not up to value. Room is ok but need to be more clean there was a cockroach.

The location is absolutely perfect, and the staff is very cooperative. Food is amazing. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to room service, from house keeping to amenities and from restaurant to reservations. Also very close to all the attractive places like Kumana national park, nature and wildlife tours, Jeep Safari, beaches.

Not a lot really. Location was good

It was so noisy here and I’d asked for a quiet room. Turns out it was due to large troop of monkeys running all over the corrugated roof to get to the tree outside the room. They went on most of the night. No phone in room so if you needed anything you had to traipse all the way to reception Just one towel. No hand towel given. No restaurant for evening meal. No hairdryer. This hotel wasn’t for me at all and unfortunately was the worst one of quite a few I stayed at. I haven’t ever left a negative review anywhere before .

Poor service. Gave me a poor broken room with bad smell even tought I booked a diffrent room 2.5 month ahead! They did not care about it.in fact they even said I could not expect they will keep me the roon even when I booked and confirmed my arrival!

The hotel staff is amazing! The pool was big and clean, the rooms are big and very clean :)Overall very good hotel! Best in Arugam

The room is big but they put 1 extra bed, I think it's better to remove the 3rd bed as most people do not need this and it blocks a lot of space.In addition, the mattress is pretty hard, but we slept well.
