At Ease Beach Hotel

Easy access to lovely beach, good pool especially for small kids, toys available for children, right on main road, rooms with 2 big beds

Swimming beach is just in front of the hotel. The location is just right for the go out experience. Hikka city center is 4.5 min tuk tuk driving distance. The owner is a nice gent and is fully into the guest overall comfort and the staff is super friendly and brings the positive in a day-by-day stay. Nice music is always playing on the background on the bar.

WIFI has to be in rooms as well ! Rooms need maintenance (hooks in bathroom , place to put shower gel inside shower , doors need to be fixed )

The staff were awesome - happy, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was in a nice, quiet area just off the main strip. Breakfast was lovely.

It’s a lovely hotel but just needs a bit of a clean and TLC - the pool especially. There were always dead insects in the water and a black ring around the top (just old sun cream and sweat) which stains swimwear. The child’s car seat in our transfer car was broken so we couldn’t use it. Also, the single bed added to the room was in really poor condition - rust falling off it and very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and accomadating staff. Excellent location. Family rooms were an excellent size. Nice addition of some toys and games in the restaurant area.

I felt At Ease ?

Not much. It would have been nice to swim in the ocean close to the hotel, but that was not safe cause to undercurrents. It was not far till safer spots.

Great location right on the beach. It was nice being able to go for a swim in the ocean or float in the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a nice restaurant with daily fresh seafood specials and bar. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with high ceilings and a cute balcony.

No hot water to shower with for two days.

Found 3 large cockroaches in our room.Yellowed bed sheets.Towels very dirty.Poor breakfast. No buffet. Outdated.No wifi in the rooms only common areas.We were required to leave our room key at the reception, which is not staffed 24 hours.

Location

There is no security,We were attacked by a thief and took our money and other valuable stuff when we were sleeping Thief was in side the room while we were sleeping which scared us the most and hotel staff security was not available We had to lots of trouble on our holiday to go to police and report.I do not recommend this place for safe staying

There is no staff available after 8pmAnd there is no security. And there are thief's in this hotel due to lack of security

Location is exceptional. Easy access to the beach. Staff member thilini doing tremendous job. She is more friendly and guided us for more attractions near at hotel. Average comfortably rooms.

Small parking. In Our traveled date hotel was fully booked so its difficult to manage parking. We really impress more every staff members can treat guest like thiliny and give most welcome to guest.

Specially miss thilini has done a great job..So friendly with my kid and she make her happy always.. and she is so supportive active and she always smilesOther staff was also sooo friendly Thanks everyone for making our leisure time a good one.. ❤️
